Les photos correspondent bien à l’appartement. Par contre nous avons passé notre séjour sans plaque de cuisson, sans télé et pour finir un écoulement de la douche bouché. Nous avons essayé plusieurs fois d’appeler la conciergerie qui nous a jamais rappelé.Nous ne recommandons pas cet appartement.

Je suis très surpris par ce retour. Les photos correspondent bien à l’appartement et nous regrettons sincèrement que vous ayez rencontré ces désagréments pendant votre séjour. Nous prenons très au sérieux les problèmes signalés concernant la plaque de cuisson, la télévision et l’écoulement de la douche. Nous sommes également étonnés de lire que vous n’auriez pas été rappelés, notre équipe restant habituellement disponible pour accompagner les voyageurs et intervenir lorsque cela est nécessaire. Nous allons vérifier les éléments de ce dossier afin de comprendre précisément ce qu’il s’est passé et d’éviter que cela ne se reproduise.
