Good place for family

Good rental process. No issues there. The place (building) could use some cleaning/upkeep but the unit itself was fine.

Amazing beach - great location, great time

Great time, great location, great access to pool and beach. Wasn’t a fan of limited umbrella and chair access but we made it work. A limit of 2 chairs for a 3 bedroom condo was silly, especially when there were so many unused. The pool was not heated so that was an issue on a couple of cool days.

Fantastic Stay!

Condo was as described, ready early, and very clean. Access to the pool/beach was extremely convenient and condo is located just minutes from tons of attractions. If I was to provide a critique it would be the arrival process. No one was at the guard shack, which might have provided a different experience, but it took us a while to figure out where our unit was. No maps or signage. We actually found other arriving families during our stay struggling with the same issue. Once settled, all was great!

We stayed at Mainsail 215 and chose this property for its great location and easy beach access, which did not disappoint. The proximity to the beach made it very convenient and enjoyable during our stay.Unfortunately, we ran into a couple of significant issues. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom made loud, concerning noises and sounded as though it might come loose from the ceiling, which made it difficult to relax. More concerning, we encountered a very large cockroach in the bunk room late at night.Due to these issues, we did not feel comfortable continuing our stay and ultimately checked out in the middle of the night and returned home early.While the location is a strong positive, the condition and cleanliness of the property need attention to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for future guests.

Summer vacay

Outside areas were well kept- saw people cleaning up each day. Living area was big. It was nice to have 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen was equipped for preparing meals. The balcony view was okay, but easy access to pool and beach. Didn’t like that we saw 3 roaches. When we arrived, we found a couple of pieces of food on the floors. They keep the pool area under lock and key. It doesn’t open until 9:30. If there is any chance of drizzle, the pool area may be locked up for hours. The beach service comes with two chairs per unit, but you cannot reserve them until 9:00. It created a cluster of people on the walkway to the beach waiting to reserve chairs.
