Chester was the gardian angel there he was so kind and helpfull also you can pay him and then he will cook for you. I can tell you he is the best cook in the world he will make you traditional food. The villa was near everything so that was nice to. I would come back

The property really needs to be renovated. The TV watching was limited to YouTube and Netflix. Very limited supplies, examples, no cups, forks. No way to turn on the stove.

Awesome Location and Staff

I really enjoyed my stay here. Was able to unwind and staff where so polite and helpful. Honestly like a home away from home. Loved the delivery of food and Miss Ria, Rasta and Arten answered all questions. They assisted with transport to and from airport and were ontime and very responsive. Hope to stay here again soon.

Great vacation.

I did some excursions, stayed for two days in a hotel with a day pass or in the holiday complex. It's a great place to relax. Also I took care of myself. Supermarkets are within walking distance. Montego Bay is also just a few minutes drive away. So nothing stands in the way of excursions. The holiday complex with pool and roof terrace also offers a great place to relax. I really enjoyed my vacation and will come back as soon as I can.

The compound is very nice. However, when I arrived the room that l reserved was not available and the person who was attending me did not have any knowledge of my reservation. We had to wait about 45 minutes before we were informed that that room was not available and will have to be switched to another location. It took awhile for the room to be ready, but once that issue was resolved the gentleman was apologetic and we were satisfied. Just hoping that any future reservations with be Jano in a more professional manner. Overall the accommodation was well worth it.

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. Upon arrival, we had to wait outside the apartment for approximately 20 minutes because no one was there to check us in. Once inside, we found the room to be full of mosquitoes, making it very uncomfortable. The bed was in terrible condition. The mattress was old, sagged badly in the middle, and provided no support, making it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Another concern was the constant traffic coming from the neighboring house, where people were frequently coming over to buy food. There were random individuals in and out of the property throughout the day, which made us feel uncomfortable and affected our sense of privacy and security. Overall, this experience did not meet our expectations, and I would not recommend staying here.
