This top-floor condo boasts two master suites and a bunk room, making it an ideal choice for two families or two couples. The split bedroom floor plan ensures everyone has ample space and privacy. With vaulted ceilings, a large gas fireplace, and a loft providing a second living area or extra sleeping space, the Atrium at Altitude can comfortably accommodate 10 guests in beds, including the queen-size sleeper sofa with a new memory foam mattress.

Recent updates elevate the condo's appeal, featuring heated kitchen and bathroom tile floors, a new private washer/dryer, updated cabinets and countertops, and plush carpeting. Your convenience is further enhanced with a private ski locker in the heated garage.

The Atrium complex recently underwent a multi-million dollar exterior update, introducing a brand-new shared hot tub and outdoor living area. The Atrium lobby provides a welcoming space with books and games, and outdoor common areas include shared gas grills for your enjoyment.

Parking: The Atrium complex has a large underground heated garage with first-come, first-serve parking spaces. 1 parking spot available per condo, additional parking is available at the nearby ice rink for a nightly fee.

Luxe Living Vacation Rentals provides linens, towels and startup of bathroom essentials including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and toilet paper; premium coffee from a local Breckenridge coffee roaster. We take customer service seriously and are here locally to serve you quickly for questions or issues.

All of our properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.

HOUSE RULES:
*Minimum age of primary renter is 25. All guests must be at least 25 years of age with the exception of children and young adults traveling with parents.
*Max adults 8, only up to 10 occupants if two or more are children
*Copy of state ID required from primary renter
*No parties, no events, no smoking, no pets
*ALL cancellations will be charged a $295.00 cancellation fee regardless of time
*Early Check-In (2pm) or Late Check-Out (12pm) may be available for $50. This will have to be approved by PM due to possible booking conflicts.
*High Chair and Play Pen available

Please note there is NO ELEVATOR in the Atrium building and the unit is on the 3rd floor. We do not recommend the unit for handicapped guests.

Not worth the price
The pictures of this unit are deceiving and the unit is in terrible condition. The couch has holes all over it. The unit was dirty. There were stains on the towels and lights out. Not to mention, the fireplace doesn't work all the time and we were not able to use it on the first night. Hot water runs out after two showers. You only get 1 parking spot but the unit advertises as accommodating 10 guest which will require two cars so you have to park in town and walk back. There is no way they should be charging the prices they are. Its maybe worth $150 to $250 a night. I had to fight to get some of my money back given the experience.

Great location - bad information
The condo was very nice. Great location and recently updated. Lots of stuff in it -very well equipped. The shared area outside was a bit disappointing. No furniture. The indoor shared areas were very bland. Our major complaint was that we rec'd an email containing vital info re entry etc a couple days prior to arrival. After 13 hours of driving …we couldnt get into the bldg. The bldg and condo codes were wrong. On top of that, there were no numbers to call for assistance. I finally found a number in an old email and reached someone. The person acted like it was our fault we couldnt get in. Very frustrating. It took us 45 minutes which is ridiculous. Even the internet info was wrong. So if you rent this unit-make sure your info is correct. You would think this was a minimal expectation. Bottom line is the condo is nice…but the mgmt company was a joke. The fees were crazy high on top of that. 50% markup. Even a manditory up front damage fee-even if nothing is damaged???

Great Property!
Well stocked and well maintained property just a few blocks from Breckenridge's main street with shopping and dining. We enjoyed the back patio overlooking the park and the quiet atmosphere of the Atrium. Beds were very comfortable. Nice amenities - plenty of towels, soap, kitchen tools, etc. Didn't realize there wasn't an elevator or a/c, but thankfully we didn't need either (just something to keep in mind). Would definitely stay here again!

We had both snow and non snow people. Great location to keep everyone busy and happy. Beautiful place. Very peaceful space. Very responsive host pre and during stay. Wish fireplace had worked but they tried. Would definitely return.

Amazing Stay
We had the best family trip and stay. The condo was spacious and everything we were looking for. Loved the location and hot tub. The beds were comfortable and we never felt cramped. We plan on staying again!
