About this property

Self-contained accommodation with outdoor area near various parks

Independent accommodation of 24m², with furnished exterior, ideal for 2/3 people (4 max), adjoining our main residence and located in a quiet cul-de-sac close to the city center.

Perfectly arranged in type F2 with optimization of space and independent entrance.

We provide bed linen and towels.

- Entrance door leading to the living room equipped with a 1 kitchenette, a table for 4 people and a 2-seater sofa that can be converted into a 120x190 bed.

- Bathroom equipped with a shower, a sink and a suspended toilet.

- Bedroom with 1 double bed 140x190 + drawer bed 90x180, 1 wardrobe and an office space.
French window opening onto terrace.

- Private terrace, semi-detached (with privacy screen), equipped with a table + 4 chairs and a gas barbecue (garden furniture and barbecue available from May 1st to September 30th)

Baby kit on request (cot / changing table / booster seat / bath ring / bouncer)

Free parking of vehicles possible in the street right in front of the accommodation (parking possible for 2 wheels in our courtyard on request).

Located at the gates of the city center of Coulommiers (15 min walk - 3 min by car), offering a multitude of shops, market on Wednesday and Sunday mornings, Parc des Capucins, sports fields, ....

Bus stop line 17 to Chessy / Disney Parks (36 min) 5 min walk.

Coulommiers transilien station connecting Paris-Gare de l'Est in 1 hour and located 18min walk (3min by car).
