Peace and quiet offers this vacation home in a small bay on the island of Hvar. It is surrounded by unspoiled nature and Mediterranean plants, where you can enjoy a lot of swimming fun in the crystal clear sea water. The interiors are simply and functionally furnished and the absolute highlight of this domicile is the excellent terrace with sea view. While you prepare delicious meals at the grill or read your favorite book, you can forget about time and soak up the sun in idyllic surroundings. Electricity is supplied exclusively by solar panels, so electricity consumption is limited.Water supply via a water tank. 700 m gravel road to the house. Steep access to the sea.

Wir hatten eine super tollen Urlaub. Das Haus ist für einen Urlaub mit 3 Personen von der Größe perfekt. Für 5 Personen wir etwas eng.Es war ein super unkompliertes ein uns aus-checken.Man sollte aber gut zu Fuß sein, da der Weg ans Meer sehr viele Treppen oder Steine hat. Auch die Badeleiter ist etwas hackelig :-). Das Haus ist zweckmässig eingerichtet. Und die Lage ist traumhaft.Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen! Vielen Dank!

Meer Top, Haus flop

Im Allgemeinen ist das Haus nicht groß, die Zimmer sind nicht so geräumig wie auf dem Foto. Aber sie könnten sauberer sein. Textilien könnten von Zeit zu Zeit gewaschen, Staub abgewischt und Küchenutensilien gewechselt werden. Dinge, die möglicherweise von anderen Menschen vergessen wurden, sollten entfernt werden. Ich verstehe nicht, warum wir einen zerrissenen Hut und eine staubbedeckte Hängematte am Schrank im Schlafzimmer brauchen. In den Schränken in der Küche stehen halb volle Flaschen mit Öl und noch etwas Unbekanntem. Im Gefrierschrank der schreckliche Geruch von verdorbenem Fleisch. Es war nicht einmal angenehm, die Vorhänge zu berühren, sie sind sehr schmutzig und es kann klar festgestellt werden, dass sie sie dieses Jahr nicht gewaschen haben und höchstwahrscheinlich mehrere Jahre zuvor. Die Räume sind nicht mehr so hell und weiß wie auf den Fotos, Mücken sind über die Wände verteilt. Es gibt viele Mücken, aber vielleicht würden gute Netze an den Fenstern und Türen die Situation retten. Als wir das Gitter an den Fenstern und Türen auf den Fotos sahen, waren wir sehr glücklich, weil unser Sohn sehr empfindlich gegen Mückenstiche ist. Aber an Ort und Stelle stellte sich heraus, dass alle Gitter schon lange zerrissen waren, überall Schlitze waren und ihre Funktion überhaupt nicht erfüllen würde. Das Badezimmer. Der Geruch ist schrecklich, vielleicht aufgrund, dass ein kleines Fenster direkt in den Felsen geht und es einfach keine richtige Belüftung gibt. Tatsächlich gibt es auch keinen Wasserdruck. Es gibt keine Halterung für die Dusche. Sie müssen die Dusche mit einer Hand halten und mit der anderen waschen. Je höher Sie die Dusche anheben, desto weniger Wasser tropft aus der Dusche. Wir konnten kaum ein kleines Kind darin waschen, und für einen 2 Meter großen Mann ist dies eine fast unmögliche Aufgabe. Das Meer ist wie versprochen wunderschön. Terrasse auch.
