4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, 2 car garage, hardwood floors throughout, central a/c, 2 sets of washers and dryers, Verizon Fios internet/tv, dishwasher, electric stove, located on a very quiet street. Quick access to Routes 93/495.

No carpet anywhere.

Playground within 2 minute drive. Market Basket, Hannafords and Super Walmart within a 5 minute drive. 99 Restaurant, Jade East Chinese Restaurant, Kyoto Japanese Restaurant, are a short drive away

Central air/Forced hot air gas heat
Verizon Fios internet/cable TV --1 GB speed- Wireless is excellent throughout the house

HOUSE RULES:

5. NO UNPAID OR UNREGISTERED PEOPLE, ARE ALLOWED ON MY PROPERTY AT ANY TIME.

Violations of any of these house rules, will cause immediate termination of rental. Additional damages may be assessed upon discovery.

Access to the House:
The entire house has key-less entry (keypad). On the night before your arrival, I will text the code to the keypad on the side entrance. Enter the code, turn the lock, and then use the handle for entry.

A walk thru of the property will not be granted.

A cleaning crew will not be present during your stay. I hire a cleaning crew prior to your arrival and immediately after your departure. Your prepayment covers a very small portion of the total house cleaning. Please try to maintain the house as it was provided to you. Cleaning supplies are provided, if needed.

RESERVATIONS::
All occupants (total number of people: how many infants, children, adults) must be disclosed before booking.
Any requests for more than 7 guests, will be respectfully declined. No additional guests are allowed during your stay at my house.
Reservation confirmed ONLY after payment clears.
Any and all fees (example - cleaning fee, property protection, service fees) are not reimbursable.

Snow removal provided as needed. I hired a contractor to plow, shovel and plow out the mailbox. First swing by is no later than 4am and every 4 hours thereafter. No plowing will be provided after 10pm.

Grass cut as needed. Every 6 days, weather dependent.

To make sure there are no surprises for any guest: Irrigation system is set to multiple timers - the water goes on from 6:00am - 7am every day from May thru October. The start time for these times will not be adjusted. If the start time is an issue, please contact another host, as I can't guarantee that the water running in the front and side of my house won't make some minor noise. Water pressure in the house is not an issue, while the lawn is being watered.

Address is provided after payment has been received. Since I receive a ton of requests for my exact address, prior to booking, I do not give that out for my own safety. Please Note: The general vicinity of my house is within walking distance of East Street and Chandler Street.

Location: Route 128/95 - If you are looking for a home to rent that is close to Route 128/95, this house is not for you. Due to traffic and distance, it can take a very long time to get to and from that highway from my home.

**REFUND POLICY**
Refunds will not be provided for any events that are beyond my control.
Example #1: If you are delayed in arriving to my house, due to weather, illness or a death in the family, a refund will not be provided.
Example #2: If you decide to depart early from your confirmed reservation, for your own personal reasons, a refund will not be provided.

In the event something breaks, promptly contact me via text and I will resolve the situation by any means necessary.

I do everything possible to make certain that all guests have a fantastic stay at my home.

Wheelchair available for use during stay to and from property. This wheelchair is not to be brought in the house. It is kept mounted on the wall in the garage. Weight limit is 250 pounds.

There are train tracks within 200 feet of my house in the woods. Cargo trains carrying 200 cars go by my street 5-7 times per day, 7 days a week.
In addition to the above, per Mass Law, the horn is blown by the train, every time as there is an intersection in the beginning of my street.

This was such a great place for us to stay! The property owners provide pretty much everything that would be needed for a stay, and that really makes a huge difference! The house was very clean and in great shape with plenty of room! Located at the end of a very quiet street and neighborhood with wooded area behind. For folks concerned about the train nearby, we truly barely noticed it since it only occasionally came by and really wasn’t even an issue for us.

Amazing Place

If you are staying close to this area. This is the house to stay at. The Manager is amazing, she was always friendly and eager to assist. We stay in homes all over the country traveling, and this one is one of the best. We love to cook and there were plenty of cookware and utensils.

We were so happy with our stay! The owner communicated everything we needed to know for our stay AND checked in with during the week. There were all kind of little things like chocolate on the bed, graduation balloons for our son and an apple pie. Thank you so much for making our son's graduation so very special.

Roomy and convenient

Lauren’s roomy home exceeded our expectations for a rental property. We had plenty of space for 4 adults and 3 teenage boys. The home was well stocked with kitchen and bathroom essentials with shops located close by to pick up groceries. The home is close to the highway to access downtown Boston or a short drive to the train station. The host was easy to communicate with and checked in with us to make sure we were comfortable etc. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!

Excellent home base while visiting family

From beginning to end, the experience of renting, arriving, staying, and departing this rental was flawless. We were back to visit family for the week and the house provided us all that a hotel could plus a whole lot more. To arrive to an apple pie, some cream and juice in the fridge and kcups on the counter made our late arrival and next morning that much better. The neighborhood was quiet, except for the occasional train nearby - quiet enough that my kids slept in late every day our schedule allowed. Thanks for everything. We will definitely be looking to reserve this space again for our next visit.

Perfect home for our stay

I was so pleased with the house, the neighborhood and the owner. House was pretty, spacious and clean. The owner was super easy to work with and accommodating. I’d definitely recommend this house if you’re looking to visit the Boston area or any surrounding.

Family vacation

This house was absolutely amazing. Never have we rented a home that was as accommodating as this one. Anything we needed was provided. Owner was very responsive when contacted with general questions about the home or area events. We can not say enough good things about this rental. We would definitely recommend and stay in this house again.

A spacious house for a great family vacation!

Our stay at Lauren's home was fantastic, with plenty of room for 5 adults and 2 kiddos to comfortably spread out. Lauren clearly cares about her guests, doing everything possible to make you feel welcome and relaxed! Her anticipation and consideration of guests' needs are truly appreciated - well-stocked toiletries and towels, comfy beds, excellent kitchen appliances and cookware, books and games for the little ones, even office supplies and extra monitors if you have any remote work to do (which we did). The yard was perfect for unwinding in the afternoon, and the entire property was amazingly quiet and so, so clean! Next time our family visits Boston, we will definitely stay with Lauren again!!!

Extended business trip - great host, house is close to shops/highways and very quiet neighborhood

I just finished a two week stay at Lauren's beautiful house as part of an extended business trip. The house was very clean, all appliances and tv's are new and worked perfectly, and it was well supplied with extras of everything needed - laundry detergent, dish washer detergent, dish soap, towels, soap, trash bags, an extra battery for the garage remote, just in case. Lauren set up two computer work areas for me, which was appreciated, instructions were clear on everything, including trash, the big snow event got cleared out nicely. The snow contractor came by several times to plow, sand/salt all walkways throughout a 2 day blizzard. That was much appreciated. The street is nice and quiet, and I particularly enjoyed being able to unwind at the end of the day in the recliners in the basement while watching movies she provided, on an oversized very large TV. Lauren is very responsive and clearly attentive to make sure everything is going ok during my stay. I'll happily stay there again

Fabulous host, lovely house, quiet neighborhood, can't wait to book again

Our family of 5, had a wonderful stay. The house is newly built and very well stocked with plenty of supplies for guests to freely use. The house is exceptionally clean. All new hardwood floors is a major plus, as we are a family with severe allergies, not having carpet or any dust on any level of the house is a blessing. We knew the floors were being replaced across every room, before our arrival and Lauren must have phenomenal cleaners as the house was in perfect order on our arrival. Can't wait to book my next trip to this area! Lauren is the most accommodating host with a beautiful home.

Beautiful House, in a very quiet neighborhood, very generous host

This was the cleanest and quietest place, I have ever stayed in! Lauren's home was just perfect for my needs, visiting family nearby. Lauren was an excellent host, communicating clearly about check in, leaving a detailed info packet about all house systems, nearby restaurants, etc., and even leaving bottled water, milk, and juice in the refrigerator. The house is very comfortable for a group of seven. You can very easily spread out and not be in each other's way. I highly recommend this host for any future business travel to the Lowell area. I can't wait to book my next trip!
