It has a lovely 19 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and a 540 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 19 m² living room with TV, sofa bed, dining area and fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160x200)
- Shower room with WC

Outside area :
- A beautiful 540 m² south-facing garden, enclosed and shared
- A 20m² terrace facing north-west, with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
- A shared petanque area

The house is ideally located in Barneville-Carteret, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Activities:
- Admire the panorama from the Carteret lighthouse during night-time visits: a magical experience between starry skies and ocean.
- Follow the customs officers' path to the Hatainville dunes: a favourite walk between the sea, moors and cliffs.
- Set sail for Jersey or Guernsey from the port of Carteret: an island getaway accessible by sea shuttle.
- Take advantage of the water-based activities on the main beaches: surfing, sand yachting, paragliding or relaxing at sunset.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's designated parking space. You can also park in the street in front of the property.
Free parking for large vehicles is available nearby (camper vans, boats, trailers).
