✦ Please ensure you have a valid ID for check-in, as it is mandatory for entry.

During your stay, you will have access to the property and amenities according to the following schedule:

✦ Check-in is available from 03:00 pm.

✦ Public or shared fitness center open 24/7, available in the property.

✦ Outdoor shared pool available all year, opened from 8:00AM to 10:00PM.

✦ Paid parking lot – 1 space(s), available for $30 per day.

There are several additional things to note:

✦ A credit/debit card is required at check-in for a $150 per night refundable deposit, returned after check-out if no damages occur.

✦ A mandatory resort fee of $30.00 per night will be collected upon check-in, not included in the daily rate.

✦ Pets are welcome with an additional charge of $175.00 (per pet). Pets must be 40lbs or less.

✦ We use multi-unit listings, so rooms are similar but may have small differences.

✦ The maximum number of days that you may book per reservation is only 28 days.

✦ The required refundable security deposit is charged per unit, per night, on a valid credit card.
