Step into Abalone Bay, an architect-remodeled, single-story oceanfront home designed by Obie Bowman. This stunning property offers understated luxury and breathtaking panoramic white-water views, perfect for a serene coastal escape.

- Open-Plan Living: Flooded with natural light through large picture windows showcasing incredible ocean views. Vaulted, wood-beamed ceilings enhance the spacious feel.
- Gourmet Kitchen: Fully equipped with a gas stove, convection oven, multiple coffee makers (drip, espresso, French press), an Instapot, and all necessary cookware.
- Dedicated Workspace: Features a desk, strong 920 Mbps WiFi, and a wireless printer for remote work.
- Game Room: A fun retreat with a sliding door, board games, cards, and a library of books. A window bench seat is perfect for reading. A sofa sleeper is available as an add-on.
- Outdoor Amenities: Fully enclosed garden courtyard with privacy and ocean views, featuring a private hot tub, a gas BBQ grill, and an outdoor - Sleeping Arrangements: Comfortably sleeps 6 guests in 3 bedrooms (1 King, 2 Queens). Linens and blankets are provided. The principal bedroom offers direct access to the private courtyard and hot tub.
- Bathrooms: Two bathrooms, one with a bathtub/shower combo and another with a luxurious Roman tub and shower. Both are equipped with bidet toilets and grab bars.
- Laundry: In-unit apartment-sized washer and dryer, plus a large capacity washer and dryer in the garage, with soap provided.

As our guest, you will have private access to the entire 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home, including all interior spaces and the beautifully landscaped, fully fenced private courtyard with its hot tub and gas BBQ grill.

Visitor and parking passes are provided for your use, granting you access to exclusive Sea Ranch community amenities:
- Sea Ranch Golf Links: Enjoy 20% off green fees, priority tee times, and discounts at the pro shop and range.
- Recreation Centers: Access to three community recreation centers with pools, saunas, tennis courts, pickleball courts, a playground, and a Pétanque court. A Hoyer lift is available at the Del Mar pool.

Parking
- One fully enclosed garage space is available.
- One open parking space with compacted gravel is equipped with 120v & 240v plugs for EV charging (guests must bring their own charging cord).

Accessibility
While Abalone Bay is a single-story home, please note there are entrance and deck steps, steps into the game room and living room, and grab bars for outside exits and in bathrooms. The home is not fully accessible for guests with mobility challenges due to various steps and limited turning space in some areas. Please contact us with specific accessibility questions before booking.

Interaction With Guests
We want your stay to be as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Please review these additional details:
- Check-in/Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
-Ocean Bluff Safety: The property is located on an ocean bluff with an unfenced 30-foot drop to the rocks below. Please supervise children at all times and never turn your back on the ocean due to dangerous sneaker waves.
-Security: Exterior security cameras monitor the driveway and entryways only. No cameras are in the private courtyard or interior spaces.
-Safety Features: Fire extinguishers are located in the kitchen, garage, and BBQ areas. CO monitors, fire alarms, and first aid kits are also provided. Non-skid outdoor carpeting and tape in courtyard to prevent falls. Bathrooms provide hand rails.
-Hot Tub: The hot tub is professionally maintained, chemically balanced, and serviced after each guest for your safety.
- Construction Activity: New home construction next door is expected to be completed by August 2026.
- No Air Conditioning: The home does not have air conditioning. Ventilation fans supplement natural sea breezes to keep the house cool.
- Septic System: The house operates on a septic system. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper.
- Generator: A full-house generator ensures power during outages, though it does not heat the hot tub.
- Natural Environment: This property is immersed in a natural coastal environment. While monthly pest control is provided, you may encounter various wildlife and insects. Please contact us immediately if you discover anything concerning.

- Security Deposit: A $500 security deposit is required, collected separately prior to arrival. Guests are expected to maintain the home and courtyard in good, operable, and generally clean condition. Damages or unpicked pet waste may result in charges from your deposit.
