This space overlooks Mount Baldy and the shared hot tub/pool complex in the courtyard, where you can stop by for a truly relaxing time.

The fully-equipped kitchen is the perfect place for the chef in your group to show off their exquisite cooking skills. Keep the cook in good company with the 2 breakfast bar stools in the kitchen. Enjoy your savory dinner in the dining area while sharing adventure stories of your time in Breckenridge.

For a full night of peaceful rest, the master bedroom features a beautiful king-size bed, ample closet space, a flat-screen TV, and an en suite bathroom with single vanity and a shower/tub combo. Across the hall, next to the front door entrance, is the second bedroom where the rest of the group can relax in the comfortable full and twin size beds while streaming their favorite show on the flat-screen TV. An en suite bathroom with double vanity, and a walk-in steam shower, in this room, will help relieve your stress.

A washer and dryer combo, located in the second en suite bathroom, is available during your stay.

Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the entire home, private outdoor patio, and shared hot tub/pool complex. You will also have access to 2 free parking spaces on the premises.

This lovely condo has an amazing location, 0.3 miles from the heart of downtown Breckenridge and 0.2 miles from the nearest ski lift. Take a stroll through historic downtown and discover local markets, restaurants, one-of-a-kind breweries, museums, and many other entertainment options you won't want to miss. Endless opportunities for mountain and outdoor adventures are within a few minutes of this condo -- this stunning location ensures that all of Breck is at your fingertips.

Getting Around:
From the condo, you can easily walk to all of the main attractions in the area -- downtown Breck is within a 5-minute walk from this charming condo. Snowflake lift is only 0.2 miles away and will take you to your favorite ski resorts and the best ski runs in all of Breckenridge. The Breck Free Ride bus is a convenient option, with the Pine Ridge bus stop on the Gray Route only a short 2-minute walk from the condo. The Main Street trolley is also a great choice for wandering around historic downtown. Uber/Lyft are always available.

Please note that, like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C.

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
