Come and relax in this large, bright and comfortable family villa, perfect for a stay with family or friends. Villa JASUS is nestled at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in this former village, now the St. Césaire district. It offers spacious living areas, a large garden, and all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay in Nîmes. Location: Saint-Césaire district, Nîmes, near the St. Césaire TER train station, 10 minutes from Nîmes city centre train station, 30 minutes from the Nîmes Pont du Gard TGV train station, 10 minutes from the Nîmes Arena, 12 minutes from the Maison Carrée, 30 km from the Pont du Gard, 50 km from Espiguette Beach, and 45 km from La Grande-Motte. On Bus Line F: Pont de Justice / Nîmes Train Station / St. Césaire Train Station / Faculty of Medicine / Caremeau. All rooms in the house They are equipped with a desk, chest of drawers, wardrobe, double bed, and bookcase. The windows are double-glazed. The house is very spacious and can comfortably accommodate 8 to 10 people thanks to the common areas in addition to the bedrooms (a 15 m² entrance hall and a 20 m² living room, 2 bathrooms, and a separate kitchen). Two parking spaces are available in the cul-de-sac.
