A 12 m² terrace and a 150 m² private enclosed garden. - Free on-street parking for your vehicles. - Accommodation reserved for leisure guests. This lovely renovated house combines the traditional character of stone with a warm, modern interior. It features elegant and tasteful decor, with each room designed to create a cozy atmosphere. The cottage's location, at the entrance to the village of Ploubazlanec and close to amenities, will make your daily life easier. Just 1.5 km away, Launay Bay awaits you, while from there, the more athletic can explore the GR34 hiking trail. 4 km away, Paimpol, with its lively port, cobbled streets, and Tossen beach, will charm you. 5 km away, the pretty village of Loguivy de la Mer is also worth exploring. And if you're looking for a getaway, head to the pier for the Ile de Brehat, 2.3 km away. Nicknamed the Flower Island, a visit promises a complete change of scenery. Don't forget the region's other gems: Tréguier and Pontrieux, 19 km away.
