Bonjour, vous n'avez pas été forcer de payer les draps car vous aviez la possibilité d'emmener les votres. Et je ne vous ai pas forcer a reserver chez nous non plus je vous proposait un remboursement si cela ne vous convenait pas. Les draps et serviettes ont été mis a disposition avant votre arrivé, et en raison des personnes qui ne payent pas je suis dans l'obligation de procéder ainsi ce qui est normal. Bonne continuation.
