Summary:
Charming home close to the Notre Dame with Lots of space and upgrades in this open very modern 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home featuring over 2200 square feet of living space. On the main level, this home has lots of room to spread out with it's 2 living spaces both with large screen Roku TV's, an open kitchen that's very clean and accommodating with stainless steel appliances and lots of storage. The primary bedroom is located on the main floor as well with it's own bath and walk in closet, with half bath and laundry room. You will find two additional large bedrooms with full bath on the upper level. Back yard has a patio area with table and chairs, large back yard and parking for 10 plus cars.

Guests will have access to the entire home with the exception of the basement,

Home is located on the northeast side of campus with an 5-10 mins drive to the stadium, UP Mall and Downtown South Bend.

Great Stay

We had a great stay. Probably one of the best houses we've stayed in South Bend so far. The property manager was very communicative. The house was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked which is always a plus for us as we love to cook. We will definitely stay again.

Notre Dame Football Weekend

House was very clean and recently updated. Pictures were accurate and perfect house for a great Notre Dame football weekend. Enjoyed the house, outdoor patio and communication was great. Not walkable to Campus but very good location and a quick 10 min drive.

Very convenient for events at ND

Our family was in town to attend various events on campus, and this location was ideal with easy access. The house was immaculate with everything we needed. Doug was very responsive during the whole process particularly when we had a mechanical issue that he addressed immediately. We couldn't have been happier and will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful home

We really enjoyed our stay, it was very clean and well taken care of.Great location, and Doug was very nice and always available. We would definitely recommend this home and we will see if it available next year when we come back for my military buddies annual corn hole tournament.
