While our home does boast original 1897-built construction such as hand-blown glass, the entire house has been completely remodeled with modern amenities. Enjoy offstreet parking and just an eight-minute stroll down Prospect Avenue to the beautiful downtown area.

The place is a modern renovation that is very comfortable and inviting. The beds were beautiful and provided great nights of sleep. The big floor plan could be kept cool and our crew enjoyed every part of the property. I especially enjoyed that there were trail heads to the National Park so close!

This house was awesome. Plenty of room to spread a dozen kids out and still let adults have private rooms, the hot was a huge hit too!

Deer widows weekend with 11 women spent in this beautiful historic home close to downtown. Very clean, kitchen has all the dishes and cookware you need, big refrigerator, Keurig and Drip coffeemakers. Bedrooms are spacious and nicely decorated. I would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone. Host was easy to contact and responded to texts quickly.

Great Anniversary Getaway

Beautiful home close to bathhouse row

We absolutely loved our stay here. 7 of us stayed for the weekend and it was perfect. The house is huge and there were more than enough beds for all of us to sleep comfortably. everything we had planned was on the main strip, which was only a 10 minute walk away. I would definitely recommend staying here if you're visiting hot springs.

Good amount of space. Need to be able to do some stairs. Had a great stay. Would suggest a full size broom and a traditional vacuum available to guests to help minimize messes. Would stay again.

Lovely and spacious

What a neat house! The exterior is like a postcard, with the added touch of the private little hottub area. The inside is so spacious with plenty of room for everyone. It was clean, the beds were comfy. The homeowner was very responsive to any questions. A beautiful area of Hot Springs, would definitely stay again.
