My father's barn

In a small, very quiet hamlet, at the foot of the Trizac summer pastures plateau and in the heart of the Auvergne volcanoes national park �PGJyPg, this cottage has been tastefully created in a restored 19th century farm building
century. The cottage is located in the old barn, above the stable. It enjoys a beautiful exposure and
panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. You have a large garden without vis-à-
vis, a terrace with a beautiful view of the Sancy massif, and parking spaces at the
foot of the cottage.
On the ground floor, you will find a large bright living room of 50 m², decorated with woodwork
carved and exposed beams. A fully equipped open kitchen, a lounge area with TV, a
fireplace with wood stove, and a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. Upstairs a landing
leads to two bedrooms, and a second bathroom with shower and toilet. The first bedroom is
equipped with a bed for two people, the second bedroom is equipped with a bed for two
people, a bed for one person, and storage.
A third bedroom with a 160 cm bed is on the ground floor + private shower
