Our cozy, modern apartment with high-quality furnishings and a spacious garden is surrounded by greenery, but also offers easy access to the vibrant metropolis of Cologne and lively Bonn. New: E-Charger!

In our 30 sqm non-smoking apartment with a French double bed, real leather sofa, swiveling LED flat screen TV, lots of storage space and a safe, you can comfortably accommodate two people in the spacious living room and bedroom.

You also have your own fully equipped kitchen with an oven, stove with ceramic hob, fridge, coffee pad machine, toaster and kettle.

Your separate, well-lit bathroom is equipped with a toilet, shower and washbasin combination.

The light natural colors and the high-quality furnishings and underfloor heating give the apartment a consistently friendly atmosphere. The spacious park-like garden can be reached directly from the separate entrance and invites you to linger as a very special extra.

A guest parking lot is available directly on the property. There is parking space for other vehicles in the traffic-calmed street.
