About this property

T1 at the foot of the slopes in Le Sauze with magnificent views in summer and winter!

Quiet summer and winter that can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children .
At the foot of the slopes, (no need to take the car to go skiing, possibility to go back to eat at the apartment at lunch,...) while combining peace and quiet.
Parking space, closed ski room available.
The apartment refurbished at the end of 2024, consists of a living room with a retractable double bed with a real very comfortable mattress, two retractable bunk beds with very comfortable mattresses as well. During the day you can therefore close them quickly and easily to find the living room with the bench. There is a cupboard/wardrobe, a cabinet with lockers for storage, a fully equipped kitchen [raclette machine, fondue, Nespresso, oven etc..) and storage. A bathroom with bathtub, a separate toilet. A balcony completes this T1 with magnificent views of the valley. Triple glazed insulation and frost-free underfloor heating and radiator.
Apartment equipped with fibre and a connected TV (smart tv). Small dog allowed.
Board games and cards available in the apartment and various games and books for children and adults are also available in the hall of the residence
The village of Le Sauze as well as the other villages in the surrounding area (Barcelonette 5 kms away) organise many activities for everyone (do not hesitate to enquire at the tourist office).

Cleaning to be done before departure.
Arrival possible between 10 am and 12 pm and 3 pm and 8 pm. Departure at 10 am. Keys are handed over on site. Same at the start.
