Charming cottage housed in the owners' large house with ground-level access and completely independent. Private, shaded terrace and garden. Garden furniture, sun loungers, and private barbecue. Private parking in front of the property. Very bright, tastefully decorated living area (kitchen area, dining area, and living area with a comfortable 160 x 200 cm sofa bed). 1 bedroom (160 cm double bed that can be converted into two 80 cm single beds) with bathroom (shower, sink). Separate toilet (with hand basin). Shared laundry room. A warm welcome from Patricia, who is attentive to your needs and does everything possible to ensure you have an unforgettable stay. Meal trays and breakfasts are available upon reservation. Baby cot (travel cot) available upon request. Parking available on the property. Electric vehicle charging station available on site for an additional fee. A superb location, between town and countryside, for a tourist stay or a business trip on the outskirts of Lyon!
