Quiet location on beautiful Lake Thunderbird. Homeowner occupies upper level. There is no inside access between levels so the rented space is very private.
It is set up much like a kitchenette. Located in Cherokee Village Arkansas, a small community in the Ozarks with lakes, golf courses, parks, area shopping and restaurants.
Rent rate is for two people. All additional guest is $10 per night per person plus tax.

The guy who lives on top was very kind and helpful. The place however was older and furniture was uncomfortable

Don’t cook; don’t care
There is a refrigerator and dishwasher, but no way to cook anything. I wanted to make an appetizer to take with us, but there wasn’t any knives to chop anything or mix it in. Property is clean, but has a lot of personal mementos. I would suggest putting them away for safe keeping. There also needs to be window coverings on master bedroom.
