Our cozy, comfortable apartment is located on the outskirts of the village of Ellingen, 6 km from Soltau. with a living room / bedroom, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, satellite TV, bathroom with shower and toilet, washing machine and hairdryer. A south-west facing terrace with comfortable garden furniture invites you to relax in nature. There is also a grill. Lovely birdsong accompanies you through the day and forest animals such as rabbits, hedgehogs, foxes or the shy deer could stop by on the terrace. Long walks and bike rides through the Feldmark make you forget the hectic pace of everyday life. Carriage rides and horse rides up to Ross can be found in the immediate vicinity. The apartment. is about 6 km from Heide Park. Other leisure activities can be reached in about 30 - 45 minutes, such as the Heidegarten in Schneverdingen, the nature reserve Wilseder Berg, the Heidschnuckendorf Neuenkirchen, the Panzermuseum in Munster, the Vogelpark Walsrode, Magic Park Verden or the Serengeti Park in Hodenhagen and much more. . Wir haben uns in dem „Waldhaus“ der Fam. Köhnke und der Gastgeberin in den 2 Wochen sehr wohl gefühlt. Natur pur, sehr gute Anbindung an die Stadt Soltau mit vielen Freizeitmöglichkeiten.Beste Grüße aus dem Allgäu.

Schmuckes kleines Häuschen in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben es super sauber, warm, liebevoll dekoriert und voll ausgestattet gefunden. Die Anbieterin betreibt neben an einen Hofladen mit regionalen Produkten und solchen aus eigener Produktion. Wir haben gerne da das eine oder andere daraus ausprobiert. Freundliche Anbieterin, gerne würden wir dort wieder buchen.

Kleines, gemütliches Häuschen am Feldrand

Das Häuschen war für uns (2 Erw., 1 Hund) völlig ausreichend. Es war alles Nötige vorhanden. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Nebenan befindet sich ein Bauernhof mit einem kleinen Hofladen. Es lohnt sich, dort einmal vorbei zu schauen. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen tollen Blick auf das benachbarte Feld, wo man Rehe und Kraniche beobachten kann.

Sehr freundliche Familie

Wir haben uns in dem Tinyhaus sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen überaus netten Kontakt mit der Vermieterin. Das Haus ist winzig, hat aber alles was man benötigt um ein paar Tage zur Ruhe zu kommen. Das Bett war außerordentlich bequem und wir haben sehr gut geschlafen.

Sehr schöne und ruhige Lage

Sehr schöner und ruhiger Rückzugsort, nette Gastgeber, die sich öfters mal erkundigen, ob alles mit uns ok ist. Im Haus ist alles, was man zum Übernachten braucht. Morgens in Ruhe frühstücken, losfahren und abends den Tag auf der Terrasse beim Grillen beenden. Die Betten waren auch sehr gut, keiner hat nach dem Schlafen Rücken bekommen. Bad, Dusche und Küche waren angemessen, ohne dass man sich irgendwie eingeengt gefühlt hat. Sehr zu empfehlen! Wenn es meinen Bruder und mich irgendwann wieder nach Soltau und Umgebung ziehen sollte, dann auch gerne wieder hier zum Übernachten.

Sehr schöne Waldhütte

Eine sehr schöne Hütte im Wald. Man kann dort super von Alltag entspannen. Die Hütte liegt auch sehr zentral gelegen sodass man viel mit dem Auto erreichen kann. Es war rundum ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

unterwegs mit Hunden

War mit meinen beiden Hunden für eine Woche da. Ich kann verstehen, daß die Größe der Hunde begrenzt ist, es ist halt nicht sooo groß. Aber es ist alles da, was man braucht und vor allem: Sauber! Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hat uns trotz 2-stündiger Verspätung freundlich begrüßt. Es war für mich genau das, was ich gesucht hatte. Für die Agentur konnte ich keine Bewertung abgeben, hatte nie Kontakt.

Kleines Objekt in ruhiger Lage

Sehr nette Gastgeberin und sehr saubere Wohnung. Von der Wohnung aus sind viele Aktionen und Ausflüge schnell erreichbar. Auch für unsere Hündin gab es viele Möglichkeiten zum spazieren gehen.

Die Ferienwohnung hat voll unseren Wünschen entsprochen. Wenn jemand die Ruhe sucht ist es genau das Richtige. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hat uns alles gezeigt und auch ein paar Tipps gegeben wo man wandern kann. Wir werden die Ferienwohnung gerne weiter empfehlen.
