Great little spot!

Cozy place close to the Sponge Docks

I was in town for a wedding and a quick visit with friends. This cozy efficiency was perfectly located for me to get around easily, very clean and maintained, and exactly as advertised. This place is perfect for one, maybe 2 people. I would stay here again, if the situation arose.

Small but terrific

I stayed here while work was being completed on my yacht. The owner was very easy to communicate with and the place had everything I needed during my stay. The AC and fans made it great to sleep at night and there was a ginormous flat screen TV to watch while you sat in the recliner. Washer/dryer worked great and the neighborhood / neighbors were great.

More Then Satisfied

Great neighborhood— very quiet - apartment was VERY clean - the only thing to be aware of is the ramp coming out of shower room can be slippery with wet feet I would recommend this apartment to any of my friends an family
