Good starting point for activities in the holiday region Lausitzer Seenland (swimming, water sports, cycling, skating) as well as for trips to the Spreewald, to Dresden, Meißen and to Upper Lusatia. Connection to bus and train via Dresden, Leipzig, Cottbus. Quiet location. Shopping and service center in a few minutes. Many games and books available. House stands on the property of the owner. Sitting area in the green in front of the house. Cultural offers (theater, concert, cinema, zoo, museums) in Senftenberg, Großkoschen, Hoyerswerda, Krabatmühle Schwarzkollm. The house with 2 combined living / bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom (only accessible through the lower living room) and hallway is on 2 floors and is simple but comfortably furnished. Well suited to let your mind wander, gain distance from everyday life, refuel and do something new every day, either in nature, on the beach, on a bike or boat or while sightseeing. Explore the Sorbian customs or the peculiarities of lignite mining. Die Ausstattung ist katastrophal, die Räume sind überladen mit Dekoration, die Schränke überfüllt mit Geschirr, Gläsern, Büchern und Spielen. Man fühlt sich wie in einem Gebrauchtwarenhaus.Die Fotos auf der Startseite zeigen ein Holzhäuschen, welches garnicht von den Gästen genutzt werden kann.Bei sommerlichen Temperaturen nicht zu empfehlen.Der Buchungsvorgang ist nicht akzeptabel, da schon bei einer Anfrage sofort die zahlungspflichtige Buchung zustande kommt, ohne Bedenkzeit.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Rückmeldung. Ihre Bewertung hat uns überrascht, da sie so gar nicht zu dem Eindruck passt, den Sie uns während Ihres Aufenthaltes und bei Ihrer Abreise vermittelt haben. Mit den Worten „Es war schön“ verabschiedeten Sie sich zufrieden, und auch beim spontanen gemeinsamen Abend bei einer Flasche Wein war von Unzufriedenheit nichts zu spüren. Unser Ferienhaus ist bewusst persönlich, wohnlich und umfangreich ausgestattet – mit Geschirr, Spielen und vielem, was Gästen zur Verfügung steht. Die Bezeichnung „Gebrauchtwarenladen“ empfinden wir daher als unangemessen. Natürlich sind Geschmäcker verschieden; wer eine sehr minimalistische Einrichtung bevorzugt, wird möglicherweise ein anderes Ambiente wählen. Schade ist, dass Sie Ihre Kritik bei unseren persönlichen Begegnungen nicht angesprochen haben. Umso mehr hat uns diese nachträgliche Bewertung überrascht.

**Ein Aufenthalt voller Vorzüge**Zunächst sorgten viele Autos vor dem Grundstück zuverlässig dafür, dass wir uns nie einsam fühlten. Der überhitzte Dachboden ersparte uns den Gang in die Sauna – statt Klimaanlage gab es einen Ventilator, der uns das Gefühl vermittelte, mitten in den Tropen zu wohnen. Und dank der cleveren Platzierung des Wintergartens des Vermieters blieb die frische Luft auch in Wohnzimmer und Küche gleich draußen, sodass wir uns um Zugluft keine Sorgen machen mussten - um Intimität schon. Die vielen Dekorationen in den Regalen gaben der Unterkunft eine persönliche Note – praktischer Stauraum wäre ja viel zu langweilig gewesen. In der Küche brannten die Töpfe alles an – ein großartiger Anreiz, die lokale Gastronomie intensiver zu entdecken. Der Kühlschrank wurde erst bei unserer Ankunft eingeschaltet – eine nachhaltige Geste, die sicher Energie spart und das mitgebrachte Eis sanft an die Kälte gewöhnen lies. Das Bad überzeugte durch seine kompakte Bauweise: so musste man nie lange nach Dusche/Klo suchen. Zum ersten Mal konnte ich auch in allen Räumen die Decke (2.15m) anfassen – ein echtes Highlight in Sachen Nähe zur Architektur. Die gedämpfte Beleuchtung im ganzen Haus schuf zusätzlich eine Atmosphäre, die fast schon meditativ war – Lebensfreude mal ganz anders interpretiert. Alles in allem: ein Aufenthalt, der beweist, wie kreativ man Komfort neu definieren kann.btw: Der Kinder wegen haben wir es hingenommen.

Wie erwartet und gewünscht

War für eine Woche Ruhe und viel Fahrradfahren da.Und genau das gefunden.Im Haus war ALLES da: ankommen, Kühlschrank füllen, Urlaub genießen...War jeden Tag mit dem Rad auf ruhigen Waldwegen (muss man nicht lange suchen) unterwegs, ein gut ausgebautes Radwegenetz gibts natürlich auch.Die Gastgeber dezent im Hintergrund und sehr nett.

Schönes kleines Ferienhäuschen

Schönes kleines und gemütliches Ferienhäuschen in ruhiger Lage. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich! Das 2. Schlafzimmer haben wir ( Eltern+ 5 jähriges Kind) als Wohn-, Aufenthalts- und Essbereich genutzt. Das Badezimmer ist leider etwas beengt, aber wir haben uns einigermaßen damit arrangiert. Der Fernseher steht leider im oberen Schlafzimmer, wo auch unser Kind schlief. Deswegen konnten wir leider abends kein fern schauen, aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau. Dafür sind die Betten sehr bequem! Unser Kind liebte das zur Verfügung stehende Trampolin und den kleinen Sandkasten! Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub mit einer gemütlichen Unterkunft und netten Vermietern!

Sehr gemütliches Häuschen in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben ein Wochenende hier verbracht. Es hat uns noch mehr gefallen als auf den Bildern. Das Schlaf-/Wohnzimmer im OG erinnert an ein Langhaus. Sehr ruhige Wohngegend in einem spannenden Landstrich, der viele abwechslungsreiche Sehenswürdigkeiten bietet. Bonus: Wir haben erstmals seit Jahren (unsere Kinder erstmals in ihrem Leben) Glühwürmchen gesehen, die vom Nachbargrundstück herüber flogen.

geen aanrader?

toen we het huis op internet tegen kwamen leek het ons erg mooi. helaas viel voor ons de omgeving evenals het huis een beetje tegen. de ontvangst was vriendelijk en waren ook meestal beschikbaar. zoals handdoeken, hand/douchezeep en kruiden bijv. staat aangegeven dat het aanwezig is, maar dan werd er van ons verwacht dat we een hele week van 1 handdoek gebruik zouden maken. we hebben er zelf wel een mooie tijd van gemaakt, door plekken wat verder weg op te zoeken. al met al zou ik dit huisje niet aanraden aan andere mensen.

Het spijt ons zeer dat we niet aan hun hoge eisen konden voldoen. Maar we kunnen en willen geen dagelijkse wisseling van handdoeken aanbieden. We hebben een vakantiehuis en geen hotel. Als u deze service wilt, moet u de volgende keer een geschikt hotel boeken. Er zijn er hier genoeg. Of deze dienst beschikbaar is voor 20€/persoon en nacht, betwijfel ik.

Männertagsradtour 2020

Als über Jahre erfahrenes Männertagsradtourteam haben wir an diesem Quartier im Prinzip nichts negatives feststellen können ... eine Geschirrspülmaschine wäre für uns noch optimaler gewesen, aber als eingespieltes Team war das eigentlich kein wirkliches Problem.

Alles sauber. Ruhige Lage. Bäcker, Fleischer, Discounter in unmittelbarer Nähe. Verschiedene Badestrände in Kürze mit dem Auto erreichbar. Für Urlaub mit Kindern sehr zu empfehlen. Es gab nichts zu beanstanden.
