Recently renovated, this three-bedroom, three-bathroom, oceanfront Sailmaker townhome will place you right on the beach! Enjoy the view of the ocean and the community pool from your own private balcony; you'll even have an ocean view from the shower in the primary bathroom.

This two-story villa has a second-floor entry. Inside, you can relax and enjoy the comfort of a charming beach escape with a large flatscreen TV, free high-speed WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. You'll also be mere minutes from the Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island Plantation, and beautiful downtown Fernandina!

THINGS TO KNOW
Guests must climb a flight of stairs to access this home.
Weekly rentals (Saturday to Saturday) only.
The owners of this condo are members of the private Golf Club & Beach Club. Guests can enjoy the resort amenities which include:
•Private Pool - Non Heated note: no fitness club access
•Tennis & Pickle Ball Courts - MUST call the club to schedule court time
•Private Beach Area-5000 Summer Beach Blvd complimentary towels, chairs/umbrellas small fee. Food & Beverage concession. (Memorial Day - Labor Day)
•Access to the Ritz Carlton's beautiful oceanfront golf course: Must call to schedule tee time.
•The Amenity card fee is $125 + tax and applicable fees.
•Amenity Cards must be purchased, activated and obtained through the local Amelia Office.


Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Absolute pwrfection

This 3 bedroom spacious condo was beautifully appointed with art work and fine furnishings. We suspected a professsional interior designer staged the condo. We will certainly be back. Nothing but perfection from the unit. Oh and amazing unobstructed views!

Exceptional home 712 Sailmaker

Love the location on the oceanfront. The most beautiful sunrises seen from the primary bedroom and bathroom and also the living, dining and balcony. Pool is just steps away and access to the ocean is very convenient. Beautiful, high quality decor and furnishings. Updated modern kitchen and bathrooms. Full laundry room. The resort grounds and landscaping is beautiful. Overall an exceptional home and resort!

Great Place

Place was clean and convenient to beach. Had everything we needed to cook/clean for our family. We had 4 adults. Plenty of room for both kids to have their own space. We have stayed in many beach condos and this was by far the cleanest. Wish the deck chairs were high tops for better views. However taking a shower and watching the ocean from the window was amazing. All furniture seemed to be in good shape. We really loved our stay. One thing is one of the bedrooms did not have a ceiling fan. It really needs to have a way to stir the air. We typically bring a small portable fan but forgot it this trip. End unit was also very nice as you didn’t have neighbors on one side. Morning sunrise we’re incredible

Great view, layout and location. But it’s showing it’s age. Problems with many ants and a few roaches . Several obvious items broken and damaged. Furniture and floor need a good deep cleaning.

Front row access to the beach

We loved being a stone’s throw away from the beach. That balcony was my favorite part! Watching the sunrise every morning was glorious. The condo was big enough for our family of 5, and had everything we needed (although beach chairs and a boogie board would have been a great addition!). There was a water main pipe that burst in the condo parking lot while we were staying there, and our condo was out of water for two days. Vacasa left two gallons of water on our doorstep and offered to pay for us to stay somewhere else while the water main break was being fixed (we didn’t know how long it would take). We ended up staying and using the facilities at the pool next door, which was incredibly convenient. And Vacasa gave us a credit for those two nights, which we were extremely grateful for. I give both the condo and Vacasa customer service 5 stars! ❤️

Terrific Vacation Condo

We loved the bright we’ll appointed condo with a fantastic views. The added amenities:dish soap, dishwasher and washer machine detergent, towels, sheets, tissues, lots of kitchen appliances. So many little extra touches that made this rental a terrific find.

Christmas Vacation

The views in this unit are phenomenal and that alone is reason enough to stay here! Besides that the decor is very nice with comfortable furniture, nice artwork and well accommodated bathrooms. The views in the awesome master bathroom will make you not want to leave!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time staying in this unit but not our first time staying at Sailmaker. We love this part of Amelia Island and this condo was perfect. It’s a great corner location with a private entrance. I recommend buying the amenities pass so you can use the club pool that’s closest but the other pool is fine. Our grandsons (8 and 13) had a blast!

Memorable Florida Vacation

Spent Christmas in a Vrbo Condo in Amelia Island. This area is a hidden gem in the state of Florida. The Condo was exactly as described on the Vrbo site. The Condo location was easily accessible, kitchen was well equipped, the beds were extremely comfortable, LR furniture very comfy and well suited for family socializing, the beach steps away, the view...Priceless!

Fabulous Condo!

Just returned from a fabulous time at Sailmaker! The location is perfect and the condo was beyond our expectations! The kitchen is very well stocked and decorating was very beachy and incredibly comfortable! I must mention the artwork, as well, because the owners have much of their own work hanging and it's outstanding. The location was fabulous and the view outstanding. Amelia Rental (Carol) was a delight to work with and very helpful. We are really hoping to return!
