New Fabelhaft vacation apartment with outdoor seating

Be among the first visitors to our Holiday fabulous in Rheinfelden Karsau.
Just recently we have renovated our apartment and lovingly decorated.
Very nice and quiet location, yet central, 4 min. Walk to the nearest bus stop, 10 min. Walk to Beuggen station, 10 min. Walk to the nearest supermarket. Non smoking. No pets.
The apartment is fully furnished and offers max. two people, 65 square meters large, it consists of a bathroom with a window, a new kitchen with seating, a living room with TV and a bedroom. It also has a large patio.
bedding, towels, tea towels, dishwashing and cleaning supplies and garbage bags are included in the rent in addition to accommodation costs, Internet (wifi) with terms of use.
Public parking spaces are available at the door.
Discounts for long term renters.
Cleaning 40 €. Deposit 150 €.
You are welcome to rent the apartment for at least 3 days or for max. rent three months.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Schöne und ruhige Ferienwohnung

Der Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung war sehr angenehm und ist absolut zu empfehlen. Schöne und gemütliche Räumlichkeiten und Außenbereich. Ruhige Wohngegend. Anbindung zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (Bushaltestelle) gleich um die Ecke. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Herzlichen Dank an die nette Gastgeberin!

Geräumige Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht, ist selbst im Hochsommer angenehm kühl und liegt in einem schönen Wohngebiet auf einem Hügel mit Blick ins Hochrheintal. Ein eigenes Auto ist allerdings sinnvoll.

Tatsächlich fabelhaft

Sehr schöne und gut eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Günstige Ausgangslage für Spaziergänge am Rhein, Ausflüge im Dreiländereck bei Basel und für Wanderungen im südlichen Schwarzwald. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Sehr helle Wohnung in ruhige Lage

Die Wohnung ist in eine sehr ruhige Lage, die ist gross und hell, die Küche ist neu eingerichtet, hat alles was man braucht. Mit dem Auto oder auch zur Fuss kann man schnell einkaufen gehen, ein grosses Kaufland ist nicht weit entfernt. In der Nähe gibt es auch eine Haltestelle, mit dem Bus kann man relativ schnell am Bahnhof sein, die Busverbindung ist auch ganz gut. Allerdings wäre die Einreise mit dem Auto wahrscheinlich gemütlicher. Melanie ist sehr nett und freundlich, ihre Familie auch, mit der Wohnung kommt auch eine schöne Terrasse zur eigennutzung, wo man schön sich nach der Arbeit sich entspannen kann. Es gibt eine sehr gute Waschmaschine mit Trockner, WLAN der gut ist und insgesamt ist die Wohnung sehr zu empfehlen. Liebe Grüsse Melanie, alles alles gute euch:)

Erholsame Tage

Wir waren für 8 Tage in dieser Wohnung und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Lage ist wunderschön, die Wohnung sehr großzügig geschnitten und wir haben die Abende auf der Terrasse genossen ( Superglück mit dem Wetter gehabt ) Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und die Vermieter, Fam. Wick, ausgesprochen nett und freundlich. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Ruhig gelegene Einliegerwohnung. Trotzdem zentral gelegen. Hell und geräumig für 2 Personen. Schöne Terrasse, da schmeckt der Kaffee nochmal so gut. Liebevoll eingerichtete Küche mit allem was man braucht. Sehr schönes Bad und geräumiger Flur. Betten perfekt, genauso gut geschlafen wie zu Hause! Parkplätze vor der Tür. Sehr gute Urlaubsbasis für Südschwarzwald, Oberrhein und Basel

Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen

Ich habe aus beruflichen Gründen ca. eine Woche in der Ferienwohnung verbracht und mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und gemütlich, außerdem sehr ruhig gelegen, aber trotzdem verkehrsgünstig. Die Vermieter sind außergewöhnlich nett und zuvorkommend!
