THE FLAT
Lovely flat capable of hosting 4 guests.
Situated 10 mins away from the centre of Annecy by car.
Very quiet, residential area, 2.3kms away from the train station.
Ideal for a holiday stay or for a business stay-over.
Equipment and furniture are chosen for their comfort and quality.
To the right of the entrance, you have access to:
- A (very) generously equipped LARGE KITCHEN (induction hob with oven, microwave, extractor fan, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, filter coffee maker, Tassimo coffee machine with plenty of coffee at your disposal , dishwashing products and, of course, cutlery, plates and glasses, etc.).
- A LIVING ROOM with its double bed sofa, a small office table, cable television, Wi-Fi, etc.
To the left of the entrance, 3 doors: one leads to the BEDROOM (2 separate beds), the other to the TOILET and the 3rd to the BATHROOM (shower) with its washing machine.
TOWELS and SHEETS are PROVIDED.
The kitchen opens onto a very small private terrace located at the back (gardens) and is furnished with a table and chairs (practical for smokers ;-).
A children's bed, a high chair, a baby bath and a stroller are available to travellers coming with a baby.
ARRIVALS
KEY TO THE FLAT (arrival) are handed over typically until 8:30 pm.

DEPARTURE
Departure is before 1 p.m. (unless agreed otherwise).
PARKING
Hundreds of free public parking spaces are available - but NOT guaranteed as it is according to availability - in front and around the residence.
