The apartment is very spacious, 70 m² (760 sq ft) plus a 15 m² (160 sq ft) terrace facing south/southwest. It consists of a large bedroom with a bathroom and a separate toilet on the first floor. On the second floor, there is a large bedroom with a bathroom/toilet, and a third attic bedroom. The apartment features a large living room opening onto a terrace with unobstructed views of the slopes. Experienced skiers can ski in and out on skis, or it is connected to the resort by a funicular and/or free shuttle.
