This is a lovely home that has been well updated in many ways. It’s not quite as large as the listing makes it seem, but it does have everything that is indicated. It was super comfortable for me and my extended family.

Rachel was great to work with and very responsive. I can't speak to the pool and yard, as it was raining torrents the whole time we were there. The location was very nice and the house was nice. It was perfect for our needs.

Family fun in the sun

We were here for our daughter's wedding and had an amazing stay. The house is comfortable, clean and spaced out well. The cozy pool area was perfect for our family to hang out and spend time together. We would love to stay again for a future visit!

This home was perfect for our family. It was near great grandma's in Trilogy. The pool was great for the kids with sun much of the day!. Communication with host was timely and helpful. Highly recommend!

Wedding dress shopping trip

Great location in Gilbert area with easy access to endless shopping and restaurants. We walked 4 miles each morning on the many paths through the Power Ranch community before venturing out for the day. The pool was a little cold in October but would’ve been nice earlier in the season. Highly recommend this property.

Loved this house!

The pictures in the listing definitely lived up to the home. It was in a quiet neighborhood and had everything we needed. There were 6 of us that stayed there as we came out for a business retreat. The home was clean and comfortable. It was actually much larger than we had expected. We didn't get a chance to use the pool but it looked amazing. Would definitely stay here again and hope it's available for when we return next year.

Great short stay in the east valley

We were visiting the Phoenix area as a family of older siblings. We all had a comfortable place to stay as there were many beds available and they were all so comfortable! The living and dining area was open allowing for conversation with everyone, even those preparing the meals. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cooking items. We did purchase some paper plates and cups since we were doing a lot of dishes! They weren’t needed as there was enough for everyone to dine. We paid for the pool to be heated and the sisters were so excited to be in a pool outdoors in the winter! I’m sure the neighbors heard the shrieks of joy coming from them. Thank you again for the opportunity to stay in your place.

Outstanding property in the Power Ranch section of Gilbert

I can't say enough nice things about this property or the property owners! The house was well maintained, very clean, and really nicely decorated. Honestly, probably the nicest rental homes I've ever stayed in. The description matched exactly what was found upon arrival -- nice outdoor space with a pool, 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and a great layout with plenty of room for the family. On our trip, we had 5 adults and 3 children sleeping there with no problem. We also had nearby family members stop by for dinner and to hang out. Again, plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen is well stocked, plenty of linens and towels, toys for the pool, and even a pack-and-play for a small child. There's also a park and two large play fields within a very short walk. The owner, Rachel, was very attentive and responsive via Vrbo chat, before, during, and after the stay. (The after part was when we messaged her to say that we accidentally packed and left the house with the carafe to the coffee maker! Long story, but we did come back to return it!) That reminds me, only negative is the coffee maker is a regular carafe, so FYI to anyone who brings K cups. Note that Rachel did have plenty of coffee filters available though. Definitely recommend this rental. We have no regrets and would definitely stay here again in the future!

Gilbert not a Haven

The initial reservation on Vrbo appeared promising. Upon inquiring about our reason for visiting Arizona, we informed the host that we were celebrating my wife’s nephew's wedding, along with two wedding anniversaries—my own, marking 11 years, and my in-laws', which has been 56 years. Unfortunately, there was no gesture, such as a bottle of wine or a congratulatory note, upon our arrival to acknowledge these celebrations. The listing indicated that the pool was heated; however, this was not the case. Additionally, the advertised barbecue grill was not available on the premises. The host responded to our inquiry 40 minutes later, explaining that the previous renters had caused a fire, necessitating the removal of the grill. Our family enjoys grilling, and we had purchased meats specifically for that purpose. Furthermore, the entire house featured hard flooring with limited area rugs, and we were requested not to wear shoes indoors. This resulted in cold and dirty feet during our stay. We also encountered parking limitations, as only two vehicles could be parked in the driveway despite the garage being empty. Consequently, we had to park one vehicle 20 minutes away from the property. Lastly, the refrigerator lacked a water filter, and the ice maker was non-functional. Given these disappointing experiences at this location, I cannot recommend staying here unless one is prepared to compromise on having a pleasant experience.

Thank you for your feedback! I wish you have let me know these things during your stay so I could help remedy. Ice bags were left for you in the freezer, since our ice maker does not work. Our kitchen sink has a filtered water tap to use instead of the fridge water. We do have work arounds about our parking if you would have let me know you had extra cars. Pool heating was not offered for this booking since weather was over 110 degrees and pool was at 82. I'm sorry you felt that our home was not up to par to your expectations, we try to always be better than expected! We hope you still enjoyed your stay, otherwise.
