Les rapports avec les gestionnaires étaient très très difficiles : en me faisant répéter mes ŕéférences plusieurs fois !!! Problèmes de compréhension du français. Il aurait été si simple de me transmettre le code par Texto ou autreLe correspondant local à assumé trés agréablement
