Had a great stay plenty of family fun. Indoor pool was closed for maintenance so the kids were a bit bummed but still had fun playing shuffleboard nad mini golf.

Family vacation!

Our rooms were the perfect setup for 3 teenagers, the grounds are so pretty, lots to do on sight but convenient to all the Branson activities as well.

Great place to stay

It was perfect except the thermostat in the living room did not control the setting. It was cold in the rooms with no way to adjust. One bedroom thermostat seemed to work for that particular bedroom. Otherwise, everything was very nice and enjoyable.

Pools were inconvenient-driving required from my unit. Cookware, mixing bowls very limited. Not adequate to actually cook a meal.TV in living room was missing the remote I believe; we could not turn it on Found several spiders in bathrooms.Otherwise everything was acceptable.

Very outdated but cute Setup

Property is not very updated, brown walls, brown carpet, but was clean. Have to check in like a hotel and that was a 30 minute line/wait on Monday at 4pm. Communication was good, property was kid friendly, but they will try to talk you into a timeshare presentation that lasts at least 90 minutes due to Hilton buying the property. Just FYI. We did like the screened in porch and ease of access to everything.

Weekend getaway

The resort was nice, the adjoining rooms were nice and spacious. The rooms were clean, and comfortable. The only complaint that we had was that the rooms aren’t soundproof. The rooms above us had two younger children who were running around all evening, and early morning. It was loud and annoying because it was nonstop for several hours.

Fall creek condo

Our stay was nice and convenient. The price was unbeatable for 3 nights. The unit was a little dirty, but nothing terrible. The ice maker didn’t work and the fridge started leaking when we turned the ice maker on. The maintaince person above us was drilling until midnight, but nothing to do with our individual unit. Our condo wasn’t ready until after 4:00. We tried to check in prior and was told it wasn’t ready and never received an update until we went back to check in again. Overall, I would stay here again.

Good rates

For the property the rates are excellent. Had a lot of sleeping options. Two beds, two fold out couches. The offices directions to find the building could be better, you have to travel around through residential area, a little confusing. It had some stains on the carpet, could have been cleaner. Otherwise a great spacious option.

Actual rooms were great - heard some other guests coming in late, otherwise no issues. However, it’s a large property and coming in later in the evening it was difficult to find the unit - the property map was not helpful. Earlier in the day this would be a nonissue but when you are weary after a big day it wasn’t fun. Apparently you can pay for security personnel to escort you so we must not be the only folk that struggled a bit. Despite that I would still recommend the property as value for the price

This was the worse check ever. After waiting in line for 20 minutes. We were given keys to our room. Went to check out the room before unloading our car. The room had not been cleaned. Went back to the front desk, after another 15 minutes we were given keys to another room. We went again to check the room before unloading. Only to find someone already occupying the room. We returned to the front desk once again. And after another extended wait we were given keys to a 3rd room with the assurance that it was clean and unoccupied. We then proceeded once again to our room. It was not occupied and it was clean. Not a great start to our weekend but we managed to enjoy the rest our stay.

Spacious condo, very clean, great value!

This was a great stay for our family. Our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo gave us lots of room to hang out. The flooring was all new, showers and beds were great and everything was clean. Kitchen was more than adequate for breakfast and small meals. And while there was a $12 per day resort fee per unit per night, the miniature golf course was as good or better than any we have played. And the indoor pool was huge. For the price, I have not stayed anywhere nicer. Just three things to note: 1. As other guest have noted, you can hear the people above you. If this bothers you, be sure to request a top floor. It's interesting to note that noise did not travel up from the downstairs unit or side to side from the adjacent unit. (We were on the middle floor.) 2. The showers are integrated within the soaker jacuzzi tubs, so there is about a 15 inch step over to get into the tub, however, there are grab bars to help you. 3. I did not see any elevators and and it appears all of the buildings are 3 or 4 story with outside steps, but there are ground floor units available. All that said, the property is well maintained and all the staff members we interacted with were friendly. And I could see they were renovating another building while we were there. I would definitely stay here again.

Pleasantly surprised

Although it’s a little outdated(under renovation so soon to be updated) it was clean. Usually outdated hotels your socks turn brownish from flooring being old be we didn’t have this issue. Location was great and the hotel with the connecting room was so fun and great for the kids. My only thing is that my daughter turned the jets on in the tub before getting in and they were power washer powerful and sprayed everywhere and my 2yr son slipped after getting sprayed in the eyes directly and hit his head on the bathroom tile. The hall and master bed were soaked it was that powerful. I did tell front desk so hopefully they disconnect it for future families. I loved the screened in porch(beautiful scenery)and ability to cook food at the condo. The amenities were great as well (pool, theme activities, volley ball court, playground and mini golf)! The mountain coaster is a mile up the street and was so fun for my daughter and I to ride together. Great distance from anything. We will probably rebook next summer with my brother and their kids. Loved our stay!

Family Vacation

I loved the property and grounds. The only negative thing was the fact that we were on the 3rd floor and had to walk stairs. I forgot to ask about this when booking. I have a bad knee, so that caused pain. Again, I should have asked. Indoor pool was down for repairs, so that made the outdoor pool even more crowded. Overall stay was good.
