Peaceful spot near Table Rock

Apparently, Hilton has recently purchased this property and renovations to the units are ongoing. So it is not a typical Hilton experience. We were fortunate to have a renovated unit, 903a&b, and it was lovely! Except the floor was not clean. We swept it and informed the front desk at checkout. Everything else was pretty clean, so we didn't fuss too much. We could not believe our luck...our balcony looked over Lake Taneycomo. All balconies are screened, which is excellent for those buggy times of year.The property is in the middle of a neighborhood, which is an interesting setup. As other reviewers stated, it is a bit tricky to find the place, so try to arrive during daylight. There are 20 buildings in the property, and ours was away from the main buildings, and amenities. But that's what we liked about it. Very quiet and peaceful, just what you need when visiting overwhelming Branson!We would definitely recommend this property. The price is very reasonable, at least in April it was!

We appreciated the layout of the condo but it felt very old. The kitchen and baths were clean but the finishes in the rooms were old. The living room furniture was cheap and uncomfortable.

The suite was nice. The beds were firm so if you are looking for a soft bed that might be a problem, but it was great for me and my daughter.

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay. Property had a lot of amenities to enjoy with the kids from the indoor pool, mini golf, ping pong table, tennis courts and game room. The pool could've been cleaned better. The main resort was a bit of a walk from rooms to get to activities area but easy to drive with lots of parking. We got one of the refurbished/updated 2 bedrooms on 3rd floor(no elevator). No issues with noises from floors below. Beds were comfy. The pullout couch not as comfy but most pullout couches arent the best. Kitchen stocked with dishes, pans and utensils. Only issue we had was fridge door stuck due to previous guest spilling something in it and was not properly cleaned. Also dishwasher not mounted into counter.For the price listed, it was a great place to stay.

Needs some work

Have stayed at this property many times over the years with no problems. This time, uncomfortable , stained living room furniture. Loose bathroom floor tiles. Mattresses on beds worn out. Very limited cookware. Only 2 skillets and a cookie sheet. No pots. The price was good for a 3 night stay. Cheaper than a hotel. The condo was clean and a good location. We were told Hilton bought the property and will be improving it to Hilton standards. Can’t wait to see what they do. But then it will probably be out of my price range.

This is our second visit, planning a third

Clean, friendly, affordable, outstanding units, so roomy and well furnished for all of our needs! The view was right over the lake, BEAUTIFUL! Last visit all the leaves were on the trees and we couldn't see the lake, but this time it was in full view and absolutely enchanting!!! Sand cranes, hawks, buzzards, ducks, and little sounds from the ground that we couldn't identify, maybe a FROG!!!! We enjoyed our stay thoroughly!

VRBO failed to tell about hidden fees that came with this rental. Nice place to stay, clean,neat, but lacked things like ice cube trays bigger trash cans. Still was a nice place to stay.

Was a great condo when I actually wasn't expecting that. Reviews talked of being outdated and especially carpet in need of replacing. Well we had an updated room and new nice carpet. Was lovely and very lovely property and amenities. Enjoyed the activity center and sand volleyball. The kids went to the indoor pool but I didn't go with them. activity room. I

Great for a family of 6!

The condo was a bit outdated, but still clean and VERY roomy! We have 4 kids and everyone was able to spread out. The pull-out sofas were as comfortable as normal beds! The resort has lots of fun activities for families: pickleball, mini golf, pool and air hockey, board games and movies you can check out. Nothing fancy, but tons of fun.

This property blew us away! The price was fantastic for what we got. Spacious rooms, the pictures dont do this property justice. The bathroom was amazing. I was looking up ways to renovate my shower at home like these, lol.

Weekend getaway

The resort was nice, the adjoining rooms were nice and spacious. The rooms were clean, and comfortable. The only complaint that we had was that the rooms aren’t soundproof. The rooms above us had two younger children who were running around all evening, and early morning. It was loud and annoying because it was nonstop for several hours.
