This is my timeshare that I am renting out. This is a Luxurious 5 star 1 unit bedroom with 1 King bed and 1 Queen Murphy bed good for 4 people. It can accommodate 5 person max with an extra payment per day for that person. This unit is the Grand Master Suite with 1248 Sq ft and comes with a full stock Kitchen. Once booked you will get to enjoy all the privilege I have during your stay on this location. If you want to know more about the location of this vacation place you can find their website when you search "Grand Solmar Lands End". Is my price 50% or more below than what they are offering? Yes and I am only offering this 2-3 weeks a year. I can only rent this out weekly meaning you pay the total price of 7 nights. Worried about the transportation to downtown? Lands end is close to the Marina and the main city is about 5-15 mins walking distance. round trip transportation from airport to the this hotel is about 40 per person.
This unit also comes with a 25-35% discount at the Greg Norman Signature Golf Course with sweeping ocean views from every hole. For any other questions please dont hesitate to ask.
Timeshare is subject to availability the earlier you Reserve the better chance of securing the dates. Please send me a message prior to reserving.
