Large lakefront pool and if it rains you have a beautiful heated indoor pool as well as a large lakefront pool. Rain or Sun you can enjoy being here at the lake in this beautiful condo.

Condo 6109 is a luxury Lakefront condo that offers a tremendous view from 6th floor of The Towers at Parkview Bay. Beautifully decorated with an open concept and large screened in deck is furnished with extra seating area , table, chairs with a gas grill and added bonus of a full size refrigerator. The master bedroom provides elegant comfort in the king size bed and beautiful master bath with large walk in shower. Second bedroom features a queen bed with private access to second bathroom. 3rd bedroom features a queen bed. All bedrooms have a new smart TV, guests will need to use their own user ID’s & passwords to use Netflix, etc. This amazing condo also has a pull out sofa so will sleep 8 comfortably and has everything you could want. The Towers has elevators and the indoor amenities of a heated pool, hot tub, sauna, work out center and large beautiful outdoor pool overlooking the lake. The 3000 sq ft. outdoor pool is also heated. This condo has many extras for your enjoyment and comfort.

Oct-May Longterm rentals, perfect for Travel Nurses or other Medical Personnel for 3-6 month stays. Very close to hospital!!

Perfect weekend retreat!

We were beyond pleased with our experience in this condo. The home was clean, beautiful, comfortable, and conveniently located to many things for us to do on our trip. The property manager was also extremely helpful! We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was fully equipped and very clean.It was updated and beautifully decorated. The deck was a great place to watch the sunset and hang out. It has a great view and comfortable furniture. We loved using the indoor pool, hot tub and sauna. Very nice! We were close to great restaurants and shopping. Check in and check out was easy! Loved the property and Donna was great to work with!

Absolutely stunning condo....

This condo is exactly as advertised. Well updated condo with plenty of space and stunning views of LOTO. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. Close to tons of shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Our family really enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend renting this condo!

Waterfront Beauty

Beautifully decorated with cozy , relaxed atmosphere and plenty of room to move around. The kitchen was well rounded in its equipment. The porch was a beautiful view and well equipped in the master bathroom is amazing.

Such a beautiful area. Indoor and outdoor pool area with a hot tub. Security onsite and was visible. Beautiful views from the porch. I had my 2 kids (under 5) and it was perfect for us. Finally, forgot some cloths and Donna found them and shipped them back for me quickly. Really appreciate her!

Loved this unit! Very large 3 bedroom condo with wonderful screened in deck. The extra refrigeration on the deck was great. The host company did a great job with communication and instructions. Loved the little extras like toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap … and the Kerig! Will definitely rent this unit again for our next stay at the lake… great location and pool

We will exceed your expectations in customer service! All of our condos are privately owned and include many extras. We take pride in the excellent condition and cleanliness of all our condos. Condo 9108 at the Towers has many extras which include a large deck, new flooring and updated all furnishings and bedding.

Why they chose this property

The Towers at Parkview Bay is a well maintained property that are both maintenance free exteriors, so the esthetics are great! The lakefront decks are concrete. The location is ideal for all vacationers. We are within 12 minutes of several golf courses. Dining and lakefront restaurants are within a mile of complex by water. Boat rentals are very close, and we have boat slip rentals if you will be bringing your own boat. The waterpark, antiquing, hiking, horseback riding and cave adventures are in the area and close. Grocery and liquor stores are abundant in Osage Beach and are all within a 5 minute drive. Our Passover Road is paved and lighted and we are one mile from the Highway 54 exit.

What makes this property unique

The Towers is a very well kept beautiful clean property here at the Lake of the Ozarks. It is one of the few condo complexes that has not one but two elevators and a beautiful lake front swimming pool and a heated indoor pool, sauna, hot tub and workout center. Right in the heart of Osage Beach therefore you are centrally located to just about any area of the lake you would like to go.
