Lovely tidy and clean room. Only issue was the air conditioner. It was so loud it was unusable and engaging with the management company to do something about it was just too hard. That said, we would stay there again.

The apartment itself was good and convenient although the AC was only in the lvigin room so it was very hot in the bedrooms at night unless running the AC for a while. The AC is quite outdated and makes a lot of noises so it is hard to sleep in the master bedroom with it on. Otherwise fantastic place.

Beach was across the street. Loction was perfect. Shopping next door. My only one complaint was it was a bit noisy sometimes next to the shopping. I would stay here again.

Had a great experience booking our VRBO. Owner was very communicative and answered all questions. The location was perfect, walking distance to the beach and plenty of places to eat and shop. We love visiting Young Charley Beach, such a great beach for kids. We appreciate this VRBO doing everything possible to clean and get us checked in on time. The pool was a great location as well to get out of the string afternoon winds that are popular in Kihei. Visit the 7th floor roof top for a sunset or sunrise, such a great view. Definitely considering booking this place in the future. It fit two families with plenty of space to not feel crowded. We had a great time. Be aware, only one wall AC unit, but luckily we used the fan to blow the cold air into the other two rooms, worked just fine for us.

Family Vacation

This place was located in the perfect spot. Close to shopping, beach and restaurants. We had a blast hanging out at the beach together and our condo came fully equipped with boogie boards, beach chairs and towels. We definitely plan to return again!

Great Kihei Location

We had a wonderful time on Maui, and the condo was a great home-base. It was comfortable and spacious. The location is a major plus. We loved that the beach was only a 3-minute walk as well as was located where quite a few good eats were close by. And it was centrally located to take day trips. We would definitely stay again.

Perfect O'hana place in Maui

This was perfect place for family. We traveled with 2 Grandmas mom dad and 3 year old. Lots of room great location and condo had everything we needed. Having the beach and sunset across the street was icing. We also took advantage of the beach toys and snorkel gear. We would stay again or recommend to friends and family

Kamaole Beach Royal

Our unit was clean, had all the items we needed to go to the beach, cook meals. The bedrooms were comfortable and fit six people. The two bathrooms were good sized. Location was great and had a lot amenities within walking distance from it and the beach is right across the street.
