Lake Pool Oasis near Epperson and Wiregrass Ranch

Come relax in the country and enjoy this 5 acre pool oasis overlooking a gorgeous lake! Close to Tampa Outlets, Krate, Wiregrass Ranch and St Leo. 1 hour to Clearwater and 1 hour and 20 min to Disney. Enjoy a cup of coffee while listening to the peaceful sounds of nature; take the kayaks out and watch the sunrise; bring your fishing poles and spend time on the brand new dock; or cook a gourmet meal in the fully stocked kitchen! The home also has kid toys, board games, and books to entertain the little ones. There is also a saltwater aquarium and even chickens roaming outside! The home is on a dirt road with very few neighbors. You will get amazing sunrises over the lake every morning and lots of wildlife including bald eagles, sand hill cranes, hawks, coyotes (you might hear them yipping at night) and other wildlife. Like all bodies of water in Florida there are also alligators in the lake occasionally but they won’t bother you (just avoid swimming in there).

Great Experience

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The host was very responsive and the house was amazing. The backyard was a relaxing oasis. The online pictures matched what we saw when we walked in through the front doors and we were very impressed! We are going to be booking another stay without hesitation.

Tonya was an amazing host! The house was spotless upon our arrival and was stocked with everything we could need! The pool was perfect to beat the heat and we used the ping pong table quite a bit for our nightly family tournaments! The lake was GORGEOUS; fishing and kayaking was the perfect way to unwind at the end of the night. We can’t recommend Tonya’s home enough and will certainly be back!

Beautiful property with all the conveniences

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was an unusually cold weekend in Florida but we stayed nice and warm in the hot tub. The house was clean and beautiful. We enjoyed making cappuccino in the morning and watching the gorgeous sunrise over the water. The kitchen was well stocked. The view from every room is spectacular! The outside ping pong table was also lots of fun. The location is terrific- close to everything yet remote feeling. We loved watching the cows and the chickens. Thanks for a relaxing stay.

Everything was great

Amazing view for the back pool area overlooking the lake, made for some great sunrises! House was as advertised. The crib in the bedroom with no bed was not convenient, I would have rather it had a bed. Other than that it was perfect.

Beautiful Home

Beautiful home and wonderful stay. House was perfect for 3 adults and 1 under 2. Crib was ideal. The pool was clean and had a gorgeous view. Close to Tampa without being in the city. Loved it!

Cute little house on private lot. Comfortable bedding and well appointed kitchen.

Good communication and well organized process. Had to do some searching for blankets/towels/sheets, but nothing out of the ordinary. Hurricane Ian shortened our trip and owner was very accommodating and understanding of our departure.

Beautiful Private Property

Wonderful saltwater pool home with upgraded kitchen, bathrooms, and hot tub. Only suggestion is to replace living room furniture (not comfortable). Owner was very responsive and accommodating.
