Please send us your bank transfer or security deposit check, along with your holiday insurance certificate (which can be obtained free of charge from your insurer), at least two weeks before your arrival. Upon receipt of these documents, we will provide you with the key box code during the week preceding your arrival. We strongly recommend that all our guests take out insurance to protect themselves against unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness or other unforeseen events). We welcome your reasonably sized pets at no extra charge, but we ask that you be careful to avoid any damage inside. Please report any issues with the furniture to avoid misunderstandings. Any negligence may be charged and deducted from your security deposit.
