This is a rare find in the heart of this desirable area, and the custom remodel will take your breath away. This home will allow for you to enjoy living within walking distance of popular restaurants and shops, Whole Foods, Sugarhouse Shopping Center, as well as many other amenities. Five minute walk to Parley’s Trail.

The rental property does not include the backyard. Unauthorized use of the backyard will result in a $100 fine.
