Cozy & convenient

Cozy, clean and comfy! We loved the space, especially the comfy bed and the well stocked kitchen -- everything you need to prep and eat. The Walnut Creek trail was one block away -- perfect for walking and riding. We were there to visit our Drake student. It was easy-peasy to get to and from campus.

Door code

Super disappointed we placed a call on Thursday when we arrived stating that we were having issues with the door code. No one returned our phone call and we struggled the entire three days to lock and unlock. Just to update Anna said she did not receive the call but again great property. Great location.

Des Moines

It was a very nice property and close to where we wanted to be. My only suggestion would to be to explain how to use the streaming services. We tried to get a couple of the services and needed a pin with one and the cable/internet service on another. So watch very little TV. Also, if the washer and dryer isn't available to everyone, guidelines need to be clear on website.

I’m glad you enjoyed your stay. The 1 bedroom does not list a washer/dryer for use. I apologize for any confusion. The Wifi does require a passcode, if there were any problems I would have been happy to help.

Weekend stay

Nice location. Seemed like only a short drive to everywhere we wanted to go. Quiet neighborhood. Unit was nice. Couch was comfy. Tv was easy to use. We only had some minor issues that we didn't feel we needed to reach out for. It was cold inside the unit most of the time we were there. But it is the time of year it is warm one day and cold the next. We did have a few nights were dogs upstairs were barking a lot. But by the time we went to sleep they had settled. If not we would have reached out. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Cute 1-bedroom apartment/house in Des Moines

The property is perfect for a single person or couple looking for a quiet place to stay. Across the street from a small park area and near a walking trail. About 8 minutes from downtown Des Moines. As a single woman, I felt safe and comfortable renting this unit.
