Our apartment is located in a small very quiet, wooded condominium, located on the imperial road, 10 minutes from the beach of La Balette. It is the result of the union of a 2-room apartment and a studio; it is therefore vast, composed of 2 bedrooms each with its own bathroom, a large living room and a large entrance which contains a bed. A large terrace facing the sea offers an exceptional view of the bell tower of Collioure and the bay. It is located on the 3rd and last floor, which avoids possible noise from neighbors. The apartment is air-conditioned, the kitchen equipped (oven, microwave oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, Nespresso machine). A washing machine (in the bathroom).
The swimming pool of the residence is open to all occupants. We provide you with a car park. A caretaker is permanently present in the residence and is ready to answer your questions.
