The tastefully furnished villa is located in the very well-kept settlement Faro Park IV in Playa Blanca, Lanzarote. It is rented out all year round.
It has 4 bedrooms, a spacious living-dining area, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher.
From the terrace on the first floor you have a beautiful view of the sea.
The villa has a private garden with a heated pool, a covered dining area and a brick barbecue, as well as a parking space in front of the house.
The villa is cleaned and bed linen changed once a week. Change of towels and pool cleaning twice a week.
There is a contact person on site.

Children are welcome - a cot and a high chair can be provided.
The pool is heated free of charge from November to March, otherwise at a surcharge.
Satellite television, DVD player and CD player / iPod docking station are available. Also a small selection of CDs. Free internet access.

Pets are not allowed. Please only smoke on the terrace or balcony.

The promenade along the coast can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. Restaurants and shops are only 3 minutes away.
The center of Playa Blanca or the beautiful sandy beaches of Playa Flamingo and Playa Dorada can be reached by car in about 10 minutes or by bus. The bus stop is very close, the bus runs every 30 minutes.
