Charming villa with pool 50 minutes from Paris

We are renting our family home of 260m² located 50 minutes from the Porte d'Auteuil in a hamlet, at the end of a cul-de-sac, on the edge of the field. Very quiet, it is a real haven of peace, ideal for relaxing in the middle of the greenery in a park of 3900m² and enjoying, on sunny days, a large heated swimming pool of 13mx6m (with security shutter) and its pool house.

The main room of 80m² is particularly bright because of its four large bay windows overlooking the garden. The kitchen with its central island is open to this room and also gives access to a veranda that is very pleasant in all seasons thanks to its wood stove and the continuous terrace.

Upstairs, a large landing leads to four bedrooms (two double beds 160 and two double beds 140) with beams (including a large master bedroom with fireplace) and two bathrooms.

Outside, table tennis is available and if you want to play tennis, a court to which we are subscribed is accessible 10 minutes away by car.

The swimming pool is heated only when the outside temperature is around 20 degrees, from May until the end of September.

In the basement, you can enjoy a gym equipped with a rowing machine, a bike and a weight bench.

In high season (July and August), minimum stay of 4 nights.

Cleaning fee extra: 200 euros.
This price includes cleaning at the end and the supply of household linen. However, you can bring your own sheets and towels. In this case, these fees will be reduced by 100 euros.
