Nice and clean but misrepresented location

Over all the place was clean and nice enough. However, it took us over an hour to find it. The directions and location are both wrong on the VRBO website and on their app. We finally got a hold of someone and she was very kind to come meet us at the Ritz where the directions kept taking us and where we thought we were staying. We originally got this rental b/c our friends were staying at the Ritz and the location shown for this property was directly behind the hotel. This was not accurate AT ALL. We were very disappointed and our contact said she would discuss and even took pics of our phones indicating where they said this property was located. Once she left, we never heard back from her or anyone else, very disappointed.

Soul beach Festival

The property location was great the property was very clean The only problem I had was getting in touch with someone when that was a problem or you needed something the only way to reach someone was through email blue email sometimes they will respond right right away and sometimes it will take the next day
