Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 200 m, shopping centre 2 km, restaurant 200 m, bus stop 260 m, pebble beach 170 m, rocky beach 20 m. Please note: Property ref. HR4510.101 is situated on the same property.
1-room bungalow 30 m2, east facing position. Living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed (160 cm, length 200 cm), open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. No heating option. Terrace 15 m2, roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free).
