The condo was beautifully decorated and the property itself was magnificent. Definitely a fun place to stay while in Pensacola Beach. Communication was great, right up until the day before my stay - then I stopped getting responses from the owner. Overall everything was amazing!

Thank you so much for the kind words about the condo and your stay! We're thrilled you enjoyed the beautiful space and had a wonderful time in Pensacola Beach. We sincerely apologize for the communication gap right before your arrival—that's not the standard we hold ourselves to, and we take your feedback seriously. We'd love to make this right and ensure it doesn't happen again. Please do not hesitate to reach out when you are ready to return to Portofino!

Another great stay at Portofino

Yet again we had a great experience at Portofino! The check-in/out process is always easy, and the grounds are kept pristine. The heated pool and hot tub are so nice for a winter getaway. This condo was fabulous and we loved the extra leg room on the terrace. Thanks Carrie for making the reservation process so easy. We'll keep coming back to Portofino!
