Our group of 7 adults had a wonderful stay! The house is beautiful and well-thought out. We had a lovely time cooking meals together in the huge well-stocked kitchen and relaxing at the pool with second kitchen, lounge, and washroom. The house is also in a great location, very short easy walk from the center of town, restaurants, and shops, but in a very quiet neighborhood. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Just back from a wonderful eight‑night stay at the property, and it really delivered everything we hoped for. It’s not our first rodeo in Sóller, so we had a fair idea of the area — the villa sits on a quiet road around a 5‑minute stroll from the centre. The roads are extremely narrow, so a direct drop‑off isn’t possible; we hopped out at the station and ferried our cases up. The property itself is genuinely fantastic. Five double bedrooms, beautifully maintained grounds, and superb outdoor space including a lovely (and very warm) pool, multiple dining and seating areas, and an upper terrace with gas BBQs and an outdoor kitchen. Lime and lemon trees dot the garden, and the views of the surrounding mountains are exactly what you come to Sóller for. It’s incredibly private and, save for the occasional cockerel or dog, wonderfully quiet. Inside, the villa is extremely well equipped — everything you might need is on hand — and the full air‑conditioning was a blessing given the heat and humidity. Communication throughout was good, with one blip on arrival: we arrived in Sóller mid-afternoon assuming we could access the property from 1600 but we couldn’t reach the housekeeper when we arrived. After a hot wait at the gates, we got access just before 1700, and from then on everything ran smoothly. Overall, it was a perfect stay — a stunning, private, well‑equipped property and an amazing base for eight relaxing days in beautiful Sóller. Big thanks to the owner.

Lovely stay and location. Only challenge is narrow driving route particularly with road closures. But that is the nature of Soller and we were given good advice

Soller excellence

This property is amazing. Beautiful architectural details, finishes, landscaping throughout. The pool and surrounding deck is perfection. Very close to the town center as well, which is shocking considering the size of this space.

We stayed in this beautiful property with family for our daughter’s wedding. The home is beautifully decorated, spacious, and comfortable. We were a family of 7 adults and a baby. conveniently situated walking distance to the center of town. The kitchen was well stocked and the outdoor/pool area was a perfect place to relax. Andrea was great! We had everything we needed for baby but needed a baby bathtub, she had one at the house when we arrived. If you drive, rent a small car, as roads are narrow to arrive to the house. Amazing stay! Would highly recommend!

Wonderful property in great location

Amazing house. Could be very hot in summer months and had some issues with air con that owner is looking to rectify. Aside from that, was a wonderful holiday home

Dear John, thank you for your review. We are very sorry that our House did not meet your expectations. Unfortunately even the most powerful Air Conditioning System cannot convert the hottest time of the year on Majorca into a cool scandinavian summer.

Fabulous House

We have rented many villas over the years but this is the best. Amazing house with great views, really quiet and only a 5 minute walk into the centre of town. The house has been restored beautifully. It has the feel of a boutique hotel. We would be very happy to return. The owner and the housekeeper are both very helpful.

Soller

A really lovely house, great facilities, perfect location, loved the outdoor pool area. The hosts were very helpful and always available. AC in the master bedroom wasn’t great in 37 degrees but worked better in other rooms.

Beautiful house and gardens

We’re a family with grown-up children with partners. The property was perfect for us - and even grander and more beautiful than the pictures reveal. Large bedrooms, very comfy beds, beautiful kitchen and pool / pool house with all amenities you can wish for. Very close to Soller centre and great starting point for hiking or biking. The house keepers Andrea and Joan were very friendly and super helpful. We will almost certainly be back.

Fantastic Experience

Fantastic property in the heart of Sóller. Lots of room for two families (8 total) to enjoy our time in Mallorca. Kitchen was well stocked and very functional, pool and pool cabana were really enjoyable for both sun bathing, swimming, or hanging out watching the Tour de France on a large TV. Bedrooms were a good size and the Air Conditioning worked extremely well and made sleeping pleasant. Yard and gardens were beautiful, lots of lemon and orange trees to make fresh juices in the morning. Finally, 5 min walk to the center of Sóller for meals, ice cream or to jump on the train to Sóller Harbour. Close to a few nice walks including the picturesque village of Fornalutx and Deià.

Great location, close to plaza but quiet and green

We are returning guests (small family) and really love this villa. It is located in the surrounding gardens of Sóller with all its orange and lemon trees but it is also very close (5 minutes walk/350 m) to the main plaza of Sóller with all its restaurants and shops. It is also a perfect "base camp" for hiking in the surrounding beautiful Tramuntana mountains. Or you can just sit on the terrace with a coffee and a stunning view on the surrounding montains. The service proviced by the housekeeper Andrea and her husband as well as the owner himself was georgous as always. All questions around house and garden were answered very quickly and the housekeeper is only a few streets away in case of any problems or questions. We will return again soon for sure!
