Charming self-catering studio with garden, set in an old barn, located in a quiet residential area in Eindhoven. You are only 2.5 km from the city centre, easily accessible on foot or by bike. The bright 60 m² studio has a cosy lounge area with sofa and extra bed, a sleeping area with a comfortable double bed, a fully equipped kitchen (combi oven, dishwasher, fridge, kettle) as well as a dining area and a bright office area. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, toilet and washing machine. Underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove make the studio pleasant all year round. Towels, soap, shampoo and free Wi-Fi are included. There is no TV, so this is the perfect opportunity to disconnect and enjoy the quiet. You have access to the shared, green and pleasant garden with garden furniture and barbecue. Free parking is available on the street. You will occasionally share the garden with our family and our sociable dog. Pets are allowed on request. All local shops are within walking distance (supermarkets, bakeries, cafes). Strijp-S, the creative district of Eindhoven, is a 15-minute drive away. ASML in Veldhoven can be reached in 15 minutes by car or 25 minutes by bike. For families, several parks and activities are available: Efteling, Dierenrijk Zoo, Beekse Bergen safari park or the Genneper Hoeve educational farm. Culture lovers will enjoy the Van Abbemuseum, the design district of Piet Hein Eek, the concerts at the Muziekgebouw or the Park Theatre.
