Fall Specials 3 Bd. House w/hot tub and arcade games

We are ready to host again! Hurrcane Helene may have changed our landscape but the one thing that hasn't changed is our hospitality. Hot tub AND gameroom? Yes! Read further to see how this property has something for everyone to enjoy!

Cozy 3 bedroom house with open living space, large living room, fully stocked kitchen, game room for entertainment, 4 person hot tub, & outdoor entertaining space!

Sleeping arrangements:
-bedroom 1: King bed
-bedroom 2: queen bed
-bedroom 3: queen bed

Full size washer & dryer are available in the laundry room for guests to use.

Large front porch for sitting & entertaining. Plenty of open space in the yard for kids & your furry friend to run and play! The porch also has a gate on the sides so it is easy to contain furry friends or small children. The house sits on 1 acres. Dogs are welcome. $20 per dog per night.

Sit in the hot tub under the pergola and enjoy the wildlife (deer and turkeys may be in acreage behind house sometimes-that is not our land but you can often see wildlife that comes through. You are also only 2 minutes from Food Lion and central to Asheville or Hendersonville. Use the grill (bring your own charcoal please) and provided utensils to make a family meal.

Family fun awaits. Enjoy sitting around the fire pit and playing games outside making memories. There is also lots of seating for everyone outside to enjoy nature on the front porch and in the back. Enjoy the birds and watch them eat from several birdfeeders across the property. A fire pit adds ambience to your relaxation. We have made sure that this will continue to be your family fun destination once you visit!

We are also Biltmore House passholders. This gives us the ability to buy discount tickets if you have that on your list to enjoy while in Asheville. At the present time, there is a special exhibition titled "Tukankhamun: His Tomb and His Treasures." This exhibition, located in the Amherst at Deerpark venue, features nearly 1,000 expert-crafted replicas of King Tut's burial goods, displayed exactly as they were found in his tomb. The exhibition runs through January 4, 2026. If you know the date you would like to go, I am glad to provide this concierge service free and book for you. I would send the cost of the tickets as an extra service and if you do the house, grounds, and exhibit-I can save you around $23 a ticket. Christmas at Biltmore is also very special with candlelight exhibits but I can help you with that as well. If you have no idea what I am talking about, look up the Biltmore Estate and you will be amazed at everything that the property offers. ** Now–October 16, get ONE FREE Luminere ticket for EVERY Biltmore House admission you buy for Fall & Christmas visit dates. ** We will also have access to buy one get one passes to Big Air once it opens here in November! We want you to truly enjoy your visit to Asheville.

We had an absolutely perfect stay at this cozy, super clean, cute butterfly themed house. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need to cook & serve a meal or just relax at the kitchen island with a cup of coffee. There are plenty of clean towels in the linen closet & if you need to do laundry the host has a small supply of pods & fabric softener so you don’t need to run out & buy anything. Beds were clean & comfy as were the couch & recliners in the living room. One of the best attributes of this house is the location. It has a rural feel to it, but Asheville is less than 15 minutes away. There are neighbors close by, but they were friendly & quiet. Felt like a safe neighborhood, which is important since it was just my son & me. The host, Phillip, was attentive & reachable if we needed anything. Couldn’t have wished for a more perfect place to stay!

Wonderful Hideaway

My wife and I and two close friends stayed at this wonderful location for four nights. The place is exactly as described on the website, maybe better. The kitchen had all we needed, the beds were comfy and the bed linens great. We used the hot tub and played the arcade games. The location is very convenient to Asheville (and to our favorite BBQ/Brewery 12 Bones). The host Philip was extremely prompt to respond to any question we sent his way. The best thing I can say, if we are in the Asheville area again, I would not hesitate to stay here.

My family had a great short stay. The property was perfect for us. Our boys LOVED the game room. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We were all very comfortable. The property is quite rural. But we found the drives to the places we went to be easy to navigate with GPS and were scenic in the best way. Communication with the host was extremely easy. We will definitely keep this property on our list for any possible future stays in the area.

Great place to stay with 3 generations. Everyone enjoyed the game room and the hot tub and the front porch. Very clean. We appreciated the small things like some spices in the cabinet to cook with and the coffee for the first morning there! Saw wild life in the backyard and salamanders and chipmunks in the front! Beautiful property but...

This was a really beautiful property and the hosue was fully stocked with essentials. Our problems were not with the host, but with the neighbor. It was before 8pm and the neighbor was rude, hateful, and aggressive because we were outside LAUGHING. He told us to shut the ***k up and then later he crept through the woods when we were outside in the hot tub at 9:30--before quiet hours. We didnt feel safe and the cameras were pointed in a direction to where wed be visible on camera in our skivvys. We covered the cameras while we were outside so that we weren't being watched. The property owner told us the neighbor "could be sensitive to noise" but we werent even being loud, just trying to enjoy ourselves. If that guy wasn't there our stay would've been great. Heaven forbid someone tried to have a good time and laugh...
