New 96m² apartment with an 18m² balcony and a 76m² rooftop upstairs, right in the center of La Palmyre.

You can reach everything on foot or by bike: the beaches, the water sports center, the zoo, shops, restaurants...
For croissants in the morning, just go downstairs and cross the road.

The apartment is air-conditioned and offers a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a terrace, a master suite with a dressing room and bathroom with shower and toilet, two other bedrooms with closets, a separate toilet, and a bathroom with shower.

In the evening, you can relax in the jacuzzi (the jacuzzi is open from June 1 to September 15) on the rooftop terrace and overlook La Palmyre. There is also a dining area, a sofa area, and a relaxation area with deckchairs.

For athletes, there's a gym on the ground floor with attractive rates for the residence.
You can also enjoy over 100 km of cycle paths that will take you to St. Palais, La Tremblade, Les Mathes, Ronce-les-Bains, and Royan.
