Between Pau and Lourdes, this recently built, functional and bright 140-square-metre house sits on a 3,500-square-metre enclosed plot. Below the house, a swimming pool is shared with the owner's family, open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. (accessible through a gate). Fenced and secured by a curtain (4 m x 8 m, 1.60 m deep), salt-water, unheated: swimming is possible from June to September, weather permitting. Single-story cottage: - Equipped kitchen: dishwasher, fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave - Living room (TV, Wi-Fi). - 3 bedrooms: 1 king-size bed (and TV) - 1 double bed (140 x 190 cm) - 2 single beds (90 x 190 cm) - Bathroom with whirlpool tub, walk-in shower, 2 sinks, washing machine, and dryer. Separate toilet. Partially sheltered, south-facing terrace, 40 m², with garden furniture and an electric grill. Beds made for your arrival. Towels provided. A €100 cleaning option for a worry-free stay. Heating/cooling available at an additional cost (meter reading required). Private parking in a large, gated courtyard. Comfortable villa with shared swimming pool, a great place to discover Béarn and Bigorre!
