The apartment was very clean and comfortable, situated in a quiet corner of the village with a cozy sun room. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you needed to prepare and serve meals. The high ceilings and large windows created a warm, bright atmosphere.

Erholsame Ferien in schöner Wohnung

Eine schöne Wohnung in einer ehemaligen Fabrikanten Villa, 5 Minuten Gehdistanz vom Bahnhof Zell, mitten in der Stadt. Für uns wichtig, da wir mit dem ÖV anreisen. Alle Annehmlichkeiten vorhanden. Für uns perfekt.

Sehr schöne alte Villa...

...wie beschrieben, mit sehr schönen hohen und hellen Räumen. Die erste Nacht störte der Fernseher des Nachbarn, anschließend war es aber ok. ÖPNV-Anschluß in Richtung Basel optimal.

Schöner Urlaub

Die Wohnung war schön und sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Parkplatz hinter dem Haus war etwas eng, aber besser als auf der Strasse. Die Lage im Ort ist perfekt, insbesondere die Eisdiele in unmittelbarer Nähe nur zu empfehlen. Hoffentlich ist die Baustelle am Kindergarten bald fertig.

Urlaub in der alten Heimat

Leider konnten wir aufgrund von Krankheit nicht anreisen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter und demjenigen der die Schlüssel übergibt und sich um alle anderen Belange kümmert, war vorbildlich. Wir werden mit dieser FEWO einen neuen Anlauf nehmen um im Schwarzwald Urlaub zu machen.

Färber Villa

Angenehmer Aufenthalt in stilvoller Villa. Grosszügige, hohe Räume. Wer nacherleben will, wie Textilindustrielle im 19. Jahrhundert residiert haben, ist hier am richtigen Ort. Der Komfort wurde den heutigen Ansprüchen angepasst. Alles Wesentliche ist vorhanden, auch in digitaler Hinsicht. Für uns wichtig war die gute Anbindung an den ÖV und die zentrale Lage im Ort für Einkauf, Restaurants, Apotheke etc. Trotzdem nur 10 Minuten Fussweg in die umliegenden Wälder des Schwarzwaldes.

Vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback. Ich denke, Sie haben die Vorteile der Wohnung udn Lage gut beschreiben. Ja, gebaut wurde das Haus von einem Textilunternehmer im 19. Jahrhundert. Wir haben viel Geld und Liebe reingesteckt, um es auf den heutigen, modernen Stand zu bringen.

Motorradurlaub

Wir (2 Erw., 2 Teenies 16+13) waren für 10 Tage dort. Superschöne große Wohnung, perfekt für 4 Leute. Komplett ausgestattet, wir mussten nichts von zu Hause mitbringen. Großer Garten mit Bäumen, ausgestattet mit Gartenmöbel und Grill. Für die letzten 3 Tage kamen noch Freunde dazu, konnten im Wohnzimmer problemlos untergebracht werden. In der Umgebung gibt es Supermärkte, Bäcker, schönes Freibad,... und wir konnten von hier aus mit dem Motorrad direkt in den Schwarzwald starten. Sehr gelungener Urlaub. Gerne wieder.

Schöne großzügige Wohnung, tolle Lage

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen. Die Wohnung mit ihrer Ausstattung und ihrer Lage, waren für uns ideal, Die Bautätigkeiten an der gegenüberliegenden Baustelle waren bereits soweit fortgeschritten, dass es keinerlei Störungen gab und wir einen sehr ruhigen Aufenthalt genießen konnten. Die Wohnungsübergabe war unkompliziert, freundlich und sehr professionell. Wir könnten uns eine Wiederholung sehr gut vorstellen, da eine Woche für die Vielzahl an möglichen Unternehmungen zu knapp war.

Zell am Glück

Sehr schön und sauberes appartement und alles ist da. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es liegt auf einen guten location für ausflugmöglichkeiten zB. Zug , viele wandermoglichkeiten., restaurants usw.

Zomer 2019

Ruim appartement, voortreffelijk voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Zell is een ideale uitvalbasis voor wandelingen en bezoeken van steden (met de trein naar Basel in 40 minuten). Freiburg binnen 1 uur met de auto. Helaas hadden we niet het telefoonnummer van de beheerder ter plekke gekregen, maar gelukkig wist een van de andere bewoners ons dit te geven zodat we alsnog konden inchecken. Zeer fijne vakantie gehad.

Ferienwohnung sehr schön

Die Ferienwohnung ist super ausgestattet, modern, geräumig und in idealer Lage. Allerdings bekommt man beim betreten des Hauses erstmal einen anderen Eindruck. Im Hausflur lässt die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig.
